While im currently suspicious of the timing of FC/cuth swooping in in the last few minutes of the day and seemingly peacing out since, I think while the easiest explanation in terms of solving the game is that they are just a couple wolves saving eachother i think its just as plausible if not more likely that they could be w/v(in either order) and not impossible they are v/v(but i find this unlikely personally due to my current reads)

Reason why i think w/w is not as likely as it looks is because realistically cuth has got to know that FC is a ship thats going down and having both of them show up in the last 10 minutes as wolves to tie up a vote is a bad look, especially since this makes it exceedingly likely that FC, is going to get peeked and just based on how the EoD went is likely, unless there is some 360 in his play, to be a lynch candidate in the future and as soon as FC flips wolf its a horrendous look for cuth(this scenario assuming for th emoment they are w/w)

I could see a scenario where cuth is just wrong on scoobs as w/v or where scoobs is V and cuth's read/defense is just an instance of wolfy TMI, since i don't understand his read on

Oops...

The supposed Scoobs D1 meta is a ridiculous easy meta to fake. Like probably the easiest. Maybe in a sense one doesn't care about d1's usually, but it's just rote memorization to react...oh you're stupid D1s are stupid I'm not participating in your game cus you want me to. Like I understand not wanting to scum read the guy for it, but to give him town credit for it to the point of actually saving seems incredibly illogical from my point of view. Yeah you're white knighting the wolf I guess is possible, I just don't think there's a ton there to white knight.

Either way I have 0 faith in Cuth's "read" on scoobs, if he's V it's not genuine because he's just friends with him and wants to keep Scoobs around, which is fine but not a reason he brought up, which I think I would in the same position. A W/W where he can rely on his history of taking band stands as cover or he's W and Scoobs is really V and he can take a strong stand. I think him being a villa is shaky atp.

As I said from Scoobs, if he's playing his meta or if he's operating as V in the confines of his meta, I really don't see anything he did at EOD as AI, Town Scoobs and Wolf Scoobs make the same play. If we're sussing him for other stuff (Weak non committal reads that are somehow lynchable and refusal to participate), that's fine, I don't think a self pres should be really in play for determining his alliance.

I will say the focus on Eldrick ,who had a shade and bail vote on him, being one of his 2 weak reads and was the train he tried to build on... I'm not really sure what to make of it. I think Darthe is kind of an easy out as the 3rd member, but sometimes the game is easy I guess so (shrug), and he hasn't done anything to separate himself from the 3 while Iron hasn't done anything specific that aligns himself with them. I think his focus on me is to attack another weak town read to help add more bodies to the Null category, there was no substance at all to his sussing of me, and no attempt to really get a discussion going about me. I have similar people in my null as well, but didn't really focus on them because I had no formed thought on if they were bad or not. So I don't think it was a legit push or read on me, it was a strategic move to try and influence and expand the suss list. If Scoobs is town, I'd like to see more concrete reasons why he thinks I'm scum.

Also, trying to save Scruff, is the optimal scum play on that day 1, Scruff is going to be Mislynch bait or PR magnet for the rest of the game, it's incredibly strategic to keep them around. I saw 0 reason to try and build a 3rd wagon to save both LC and Scruff, but they tried hard to do so.

Basically See: Cory for how I would expect a Town player deal with Scruff, who he wasn't confident on. There's still value in the town for an early Scruff lynch there even if we did lose a villa. He argued against it but didn't obstruct it.

Well I feel like crap. Can't tell if I fell asleep and woke up, or if I never got to sleep to begin with. Either way, my body is all....blah

Anyway, I've been thinking about my reads list after I answered clov about my nulls.

And unless the whole scum team is in FC, cuth, cory/clov and marsh (which I don't think is likely) I have a town read wrong regardless of whether or not both cuth and FC end up being v/v (best bets being wrong are darthe and fred)

Which means I have a reread in store. And I'm horrible at finishing those :/

I may just wait for a scum flip and reevaluate from there.

Yeah sorry Scoobs. His two top scum reads were Eldrick and Me. Eldrick had a "little" more substance to, his read on me was completely void of substance.

It would be like me listing you as a top scum read that I wanted to lynch today and then Shrugging and saying cus when asked why. It felt less like a legit read and more like, I just want to get Fred's name out there as another potential body to hide in for POE

First part:

I do think the read on Eldrick can be a legit one from a town perspective. I don't agree with it, I'm giving Eldrick a lot of credit for his Scruff/Darthe/(Sooh or MrsClov blanking on the other person that was involved in that scenario) interaction after Scruff's vote. Granted it may have happened over a longer period of time, but I kind of read it all at once when catching up and wasn't really paying attention to time stamps. I'll have to go back and check to see if I'm giving him too much of a clear. Either way, I would have Eldrick in my do not lynch list for today.

Can I see a scenario where Town Scoobs genuinely read Eldrick yes. Can I see a scenario where town scoobs genuinely read Eldrick and me for similarly weak reasons? I'll give it a thin maybe, would have to see more of his reason for him sussing me to come to a better conclusion.

Can I see a scenario where Scum Scoobs sees an idle vote on a player that a number of people are town reading and comes up with a reason to try and get him lynched over himself and ML/Town Bait...emphatically yes.

Second part:

I had already been town reading the hydra, mostly for Clov, This was the first time I town read Corey for anything, so yeah it feels like they're moving up to a stronger clear category for me.

I don't know who, because at best you and Spades are Null reads atm with reasons to give town cred. It depends on a Scoobs flip though. I really don't have enough of a grasp on anyone's meta to really say for certain as from a would x buss day 1 perspective, but my impression is that no one on that wagon are timid mafia players and probably isn't going to buss a teammate day 1. I know Bop from discussions hates bussing. If Scoobs is V it gets a lot messier, and it weakens my read on Sooh the most probably.
