I think there could be 4 mafia discuss

Flavor of mafia roles are 2 of the "dark kingdoms four generals" villian group

Iron was talking really weird when discussing "if we're ahead..." and numbers. Think it might have been a giveaway that town is incorrectly assuming 3 mafia

cop, every town member has a 1-shot power, four mafia, one some sort of pr?

Scruffington was vanilla though.

assuming eldrick is what he is, i dont think there can be 4 mafia because if both vigis shot and missed on night 1 you are in lylo on day 2 and that cant be right

if 3 mafia and an sk still have same problem, potential lylo on day 2 and game ends overnight if SK misses(assuming sk is full SK)

Also if there is 4 i can't fathom eldrick being a 1x vig and not shootinga villa after mislynching a villa.

it just doesn't make sense and seems to be something to worry about when we lynch another scum and the game continues.

KK, here's my list. Color coded and ordered by towniness as usual. Scumreads in light salmon just for you, Zander

Lock town

Mrs. Clov: IC

Ironeyes: The mod told me so

Solid town

Spades/Bop: Mostly because of Spades's engagement and obvious WIM

Lean town

Cordyx: Tone read here. Both seem engaged and neither seems manipulative

Derf: Kinda the same as Cordyx. I'd expect scum!Derf to manipulate rather than contribute, as he has been doing

Eldrick: Meta read. His behavior is similar to the last time I played with town!El (a game in which I completely misread him, much to my chagrin)

Null

Sooh: Not sure yet, but I think as the game progresses I'll be able to form an opinion on her soon enough.

Zander: Basically I can't tell if this is town!Zander style tunnelling or scum!Zander faking to draw attention where he wants

Cuth, Ted, Aquila: Not enough info.

Lean scum

Scruff: That vote and subsequent reaction to being sussed wasn't pretty.

So, I'll throw a vote on Scruff for now. We've got almost a day left but I'm comfortable with this train.

So in his Town's list I have Linz and Cordxy Blue and we know obv Derf is Blue too.

That leaves SBop and Eld in Town if he's got a Scummate there.

We know Scruff his Scum read is Town

So Def at least 1 in the Nulls imo.

Iron - you were null on Sooh. What do you think about my explanation?

I think it's solid, and it town spews her pretty hard. I just can't see any scum being subtle and bold enough to "soft CC" a character claim that way.

Is it just me or is anyone else bothered by the use of the word spewed here?!?!??!?

Then you have no idea what "townspewed herself" means (which probably sounds a lot worse than intended, which is not meant to be insulting or rude at all). But fair enough.

So, common thread here: I don't know how to use the term "spew" properly. Got it.

What I meant was that it gave me what I needed to form a read, and that read was: Town.

hmmmmmmmm now Im really rethinking the use of the word Spew here..........

I think this pretty much makes Cuth clear? Given that there was a reasonable chance that Iron gets lynched I can't see why a teammate comes in drops a vote on them, especially if it's 3 mafia.

To get ahead of the curve, maybe. It's less likely with 3, but I could definitely see it if there's 4. I do think it's a good sign if there are only 3, because I'd HOPE Mafia!Cuth tries to steer mislynches on Fred or Eldrick.

Then again, Cuth is playing to the scum meta Benneh told me... :tongue:

i don't think i feel this way either.

Reason being, everyone was clamoring for marsh/cuth pretty much with a couple concerns about fred. eldrick has a claim and everyone else voted for a wolf the day before. So cuth's options are either go along with the marsh push which he was onto on day 1(which i think makes him look good IF anythign; not the day2 part) or not and marsh still dies 99% of the time. Might as well get on than be off of it.

I think this is probably fair. Cuth isn't overly high just because there are so many people that look great, but I think at this point I look at Fredwood firs.t
