Shad I have as scum because of his attempt to get the doc to reveal, and because of his treatment of cuth's train. He acknowledged that that's where the day was going, but didn't really seem like he wanted it to.

 

Let's be clear on this and maybe it will clear up your head.

 

I would not do either of these things as either alignment.  It's bottom tier stupid scumming, and that's not how I play.  If it came off that way you misinterpreted it and that would be the case even if I was a wolf.

 

As I said, I feel no compulsion to press hard for a lynch that has as good as already happened when I can do something productive instead, and no one has explained why my suggestion that a doc reveal is not in town's best interest.  (It is, if the alternative is lynching the uncountered N1 block claim).

So he wasn't trying to lynch who he thought was the doc. That's fine.

 

He spent a lot of time talking about getting the doc to reveal to out bfg as a wolf. This is an unreasonable scenario and reads to me as just trying to get the doc to reveal.

 

He also didn't get involved with the city lynch, as I mentioned before.

 

My vote stays.

Red literally no one has explained why it is unreasonable. No one. We're not even talking reads here, we're talking plain logic. My argument is logical or it is not regardless of my alignment. You find the fault in it or you don't, you don't just call it stupid on its face because oooo only wolves discuss the value of a PR revealing.

 

 

Blue then policy lynch me every game. The guy was peeked scum. I'm not going to fake progression on that to appease other villagers. We were never not lynching him and if people started getting cold feet I would have strongarmed it, but I didn't need to so why focus my attention on the living dead?

I'll let cuth's train bit go. I thought I saw something. I pointed it out. Nobody else has even mentioned it so I guess I read into something that wasn't there.

 

As for the doc part, we have discussed this. It's not about reads. It's the mechanics.

 

If there was a doc, and they believed they had protected someone, they wouldn't know they were the result of no death. It could have easily been scum hitting her vest as it could a doc protect.

 

If there was a doc that targeted bfg, they could assume bfg is lying about the vest. Doesn't make the rest of the claim false.

 

There isn't a single scenario that the doc would benefit from revealing. There is no way the doc would know anything about bfg. All the doc can possibly know is whether or not their target dies. Which is why I read your talk about the doc as fishing. Doc revealing only helps scum.

OK so, in regards to the BFG claim, I am really probably not the best to weigh in on that as I believe her. Maybe its because I'm new and my very first game was thought to be basic, but there was a 1 shot role that tried to use it, got blocked, and got to use it again..everyone said thats not typical of the mod to do....so at this point, I can't sit here and believe that mod wouldn't throw in a twist such as that ESPECIALLY since no crazy roles have been revealed so far. IIRC..people were saying Tigs being who she said she was, wasn't likely, yet here we are.

 

As far as DPR pushing, I can't really say much in the way of him voting Shad, because me having the stance on BFG, most logical vote to me right now, is Shad. Not because Shad is pushing for BFG lynch, but because as I was reading the exchange between Dice, DPR, and Shad it truly seemed as if Dice and Shad had taken on the roles as bad cop, good cop, to guide DPR to a BFG lynch.  As to why he is voting Shad but still going on and on and on about BFG, he's still tunneled on BFG and her reveal and it seems an attempt to stop tunneling so hard, but I feel that he and Shad both are quite worked up at this point and a step back will do them both some good.

On the contrary, I just got to a point where I could chat. I also thought about his hesitance to drop the hammer. Needing more time to "post as he reads" seems a bit squishy for me.

Thoughts on Tig at this stage - not enough actual game-related thoughts from her ITT; the *stares suspiciously* at Shanti is possibly off-kilter given that she said Shanti + Pep isn't sus to her specifically, circles about her only relating the comment to Peg + Cat after I mentioned it. Don't hate her questioning me, but it initially bothered me that the quote she uses doesn't have the whole story/all her responses.

 

Re-reading, could just be a cross in our wires since in my mind the focus was on me asking her if she found extra pep a bad thing wrt Shanti since she called it out, and the way she quotes it she's reading it as me correcting her that Shanti was peppy.

Best case scenario she's scum.

 

We know she isn't town. I seriously don't think she's scum, and would obviously rather lynch scum. If we are able to lynch scum today and tomorrow and she's able to win with us, that would be the best route.

I'm having trouble finding exactly what made me think good cop bad cop, but I'll keep looking. It was basically, dice piped up that he was in agreement with DPR about BFG and stating he'd done nothing to make him lean scum on DPR.

Shad was there agreeing with the points DPR was making, yet calling DPR scum for voting BFG, which was getting DPR riled up. So he basically had Dice, telling him he was doing the right thing, and Shad angering him making him push harder to prove his point about BFG to make DPR look more scummy than what he really was. It was as if he basically wanted to twist DPR's knickers so he'd lose his cool and come off as scum and Dice was there to keep DPR going in the direction they wanted him to go and that was towards BFG. Somewhere in all of the mess, Dice and DPR were both voted on BFG and Shad put his vote on DPR for being scummy.
