Well that works too.  Thought maybe to see if they slip because wolf hydras generally just chat in scum QT.

Which is angley and kind of stupid but still generally villagery.

Because I now have 2 games under my belt, spent the break researching/reading games. So I now feel I can pick up on play styles and signs of woofiness easier than before. Although, I do have to admit I was pretty proud of my gameplay in those two games. :D

I forgot you were in a Facebook game. Were you town?

Yessir. Town in all 3 of my games so far.

My version makes me sound more wise and confident though.

Yeah, I noticed

PS - That's what worried you?

I am 100% not woofy.

I do not fear them, because I am getting more confident in my game play. :D

How so?

KK

I liked your play in Peg + Cat, can you link me to the other?

Do you think you'd be able to tell if Tigs was scum this game? If so, how?

And what was kinda woofy about Shad's response?

Posted

Yeah, I noticed

It caught my eye because you called it awkward but it's not something you don't see pretty regularly.

It was on Facebook, in a private game. I played with Adella, and Tigs.

As far as telling if Tigs is scum, I am hoping so as I played the last two games with her and she was scum in both. I'm hoping it will give me insight to see her play this game.

His response threw me off at first because I'm used to seeing quotes when someone responds so it unnerved me (that is just my issue though) but the main reason is he kinda avoided my question and just followed with a statement.

LZM - Why'd you ask WBK about QT interactions for hydra?

That was discussed/obvious in the game we just finished (with Dice and I as hydra).

As to the fact that that was my first game with this foreign "hydra" policy, I kind of assumed that the two players could communicate.

And then I remembered what they say about assuming. So I wanted to ask to make sure.

Pretty sure Dice/I specifically mentioned our QT in that game, but KK for now.

Aaaaand this did not even occur to me.

Why does your brain go straight to that? What about the possibility that it's random-easy-early-scummy-talk?

What question? Because I'm pretty sure you didn't ask one.

Touche, I actually said it as a statement that if you're woof I won't like playing with you.

To which I was expecting you to state you're town, not woof, and you did not, so it seemed woofy.

I am most definitely not scum this time around. I just can't get used to calling it wolfy sorry.

But you are kinda rolling in with a lot of pep Shanti *stares suspiciously*

Just excited to have another game to play.

You also claimed to not be "scum" in both of our previous games. Forgive me if I don't believe you.

Because I hunt villagers.

It's not even a question I would have bothered to ask, but since you brought it up there were potential answers that could have been better than null.

Good point! But for really real this time I am not scum.

Right tigs! Scum......., wolves are for rugs and blankets. Scum is for hunting

I personally picture everyone that I think is woof with ears and tails so it makes it much more entertaining. Scum, I just picture grimy and dirty. So I guess its just a mental image thing for me?

Keeping an eye on you.

Ehhhhh it's a sad wolf who struggles to type "I'm town" for some cheese points.  Not a good basis for a read, probably a good look that you misrecalled it as a direct question though.

Tig dropped some incredibly awkward D1 reads from my POV in the last game and I think if she's scum it's going to happen again.  Haven't actually seen her scum game unspoiled, but I have an idea of what to look for.

Truth.

But then you needed to sound wiser and cooler... which

Cass awkwardly calling something awkward is highly indicative of Cass playing in a Mafia game though.

And repeat yourself.

TLDR Also truth, but OMGUS!

Was Tigs Town in any of the other games you read?

KK for Shad for now.

I didn't read any specific games pertaining to players in this game. I just read games to learn more about the game as a whole. It was interesting, but I do believe I have a better understanding this time around so my confidence is much higher this time than the others.

Also, sorry, still not completely familiar with all abbreviations.

YOLO shanti/shad not ww? What does that mean? :D
