No one has talked about this yet, but in light of the role/type conversations it could be important.

 

Adam (D1 lynch) had a robot companion - a Tachikomo. It's in the spoiler under his death scene. 

 

Adam was a cyborg and so was Lenlo, but Lenlo didn't have one.

 

I asked Seph if he had one and he doesn't.

 

Also, I do still have Seph as town. It's the same thing he said about me - we've been game solving since we started the QT, and if he's faking that then hats off to him.

 

i hadnt noticed that.

 

does anyone know if that character has a sidekick in the series?

@ dice - How are you going on about "hacker is role" and acting like you are confused??? Niniel claimed TRACKER. There are roles! 

 

Out of the blue you decide to clear Niniel and ed?!?!?!

 

Please answer these questions:

 

1. Why would a QT be set up for a dead player that can't answer it?

2. Do you really think that Niniel's monstr-hacked-a-mafia-and-died scenario is even possible? YOU'RE A HACKER THAT JUST HACKED TIGS AND VICE VERSA. MAGICALLY, NO ONE IS DEAD.

 

Niniel and you are both trying to make things more confusing - that's the opposite of what we should be doing.

 

Niniel lied. Then she set ed up. She's on the other end of his QT, deliberately not answering.

I have my doubts about Nin, Dice, Ed based on D3 also. Don't know anything about Killa here. Or really anybody/much beyond D3. I keep getting distracted by flavour and tinfoil and checking out random Wiki links trying to piece it all together.

 

Random thoughts on interactions and the heaviness with which DPR is going at Nin and Dice but painting Ed as 'set up' by Nin is odd.

 

YOLO if Nin and/or Dice are Town and Ed is scum, DPR could be scum distancing here too.

Can't rule out scum-scum distancing between all of them though.

Or the possibility of Towny motivation.

Yeaa. I feel like I have to vote niniel over that, reading our qt I just cannot seeing dpr being mafia.

This is the first time dice or niniel have actively tried to get involved throughout most of the game.

I really think ed dice nin are all town. I think nyn has the greatest chance to flip mafia out of everyone.

For everyone that is concerned dpr hacked me n1. I am a cyborg and I am guessing folks like s

Darthe cannot be hacked as he was a human.

I thought dpr was town because we were on the same page for most of the game, and me and him were doing quite a bit of gamesolve in the thread.

The problem I'm having is if I belive the above it leaves dpr as one of the 3. And the shade he has been throwing a niniel has been disturbing.

I don't see her faking this imo. If dpr is the puppet he played me like a fiddle. But I think it's obvious we are linked and there is 0 point in hiding it.

Dice is someone I was weary about but him clearing ed looked pretty gamesolvy to me.

I'm going to read our qt again

I think voting nyn is the best option but we will need to find the puppet eventually and it's between ed, dice dpr.

 

 

Confirmed that Seph and I have been in a QT since D2.

I Hacked him and got the QT - that easy. 

 

None of this "they both have to be hackers nonsense" that dice is ladeling.

 

 

 

 

That's my point Dice, Manbat was a hacker so he could've hacked Ed and got the QT but then was killed. Idk how the hack NAs work when the hacker is killed but maybe that's the case. Either way it tells us nothing about Ed's role.

Here's what I know:I'm a Hacker. I tried to Hack Killa N1 but nothing happened. I got same stupid link tigs got.

N2 I holstered. Kind of just wondered if it turned out to be a bad thing in some way, Hacking. That was after I asked if I could Hack myself and was told no because a link was already there.

Then, I got a QT and I'm still the only one to post. IF ANYONE IS ON THE QT, PLEASE NOW!

How does bold underlined relate?

 

If you're both the same role with the same action, why would you get different results?

 

 

My theory/take on the Hackers OPs is that

- Hackers can access anything on the 'global network'

- Global network includes cyborg brains

 

ie Hackers and Cyborgs are connected to the global network, Hackers can access other Hackers and Cyborgs?

 

 

And I'm pretty behind/brain slow on the rest of the flavour but current take is

- Scum are the corporation who hacked Section 9 and enjoy profits half-curing diseases

 

i dont know why he got a actions resolution liknk   thats what tig got   and i didnt.  maybe shad thought i didnt need it.

The bit that concerns me is the talk about getting the same message as Tigs, which, since she I take to mean she doesn't get cop results, NOT hacking results.

 

She obviously gets Hacking results if she targeted you

I checked the texts and I, Tigs, Dice and Killa are mentioned in the texts. If we are to believe the texts we are all town. But people with cybernetics can obviously be hacked. So I guess that the only one I can really trust is Killa, since she is human. 

 

 

 

I don´t believe that Dice and Ed are on the same team. The reason is because Dice went after Ed when he refused to just say "I´m town". 

 

I still wonder about why Dice questioned me about my claim when his claim just said hacker. If he is telling the truth I can see why he thought he could be the doc but it doesn´t seem to fit since his pm seem to say that he is just hacker. Why would mine say hacker and tracker? 

 

because tigs apparently said Hacker AND Cop  or amnesiac cop  whatever

 

because my questions about what my roe is just got me PAFO and that i might get results i might not   that it could depend on what my action is.

DPR said that he didn´t send in a N2 action since he wanted to remain in contact with Seph. Tigs, can you check with Shad and see if that is possible. Is it possible for you to do that with Dice?

Well, given that you had already claimed Amnesiac Cop + Hacker, it seems pretty obvious that roles were separate from character types. And the sample PM's imply that everyone got a type, but roles would need to be seperate.

 

Are you in a QT with him or not? This is confusing and we need clarity.

As soon as I got the link, I clicked on it and we both had a "wtf where am I" deal. Dice goes on to tell me that I need to convince him I'm town and hes going to keep me under suspicion until I do unless Shad will confirm its a town QT. Shad just tells us to direct any question by PM. He asks shad how much room o have to discuss my Role PM. No answer. dice flipped out about me asking ITT about the QT. He says (again trying to paraphrase) I hacked you I'm a hacker. He asks me not to tell you all he's a hacker or that I'm in the QT with him because he isn't a hacker on purpose. I asked him why, if he is town, it would matter if you all knew.

 

He goes on to say that due to my description of my role he is assuming I'm telling the truth. He says that he doesn't know what his ability does that he targeted Killa N1 and the write up looked like a blocked shot so he thought he was doc and targeted me N2. I asked if he got a write up and he said no he didn't get any results N1

Being in the same boat, and also asking what a hacker did and getting pafo'd, I figured I better try it and find out.

I know exactly what my action does - it opens up QT's with the person I choose. 

 

As long as this isn't LYLO, we're going to need to talk about who to hack next.
