I’ve read your posts, of course, and I’m confused about the idea that dice couldn’t pull this off? If he’s mafia, he just got run up the lynch pole and did what any mafia would do, right? He fake claimed cop, knowing no that either the real cop would out, or dice would have some control of the narrative for as long as he stayed alive. That doesn’t seem like legend making stuff to me. Am I reading this wrong?

It would also help if the rest of the players showed up lol. We’re missing half the game’s worth of input here.

I only played in the last game - didn’t read the other two. I do not think dice is trying to be cute. I think he got caught up in a lynch and claimed. I’ve proposed that maybe he and Rand coreographed their eod back and forth because it looked like a dance to me. But don’t listen to me. Who is your town core so far? Ask them. See who comes up with something that makes sense and let’s get a consensus going.

@keyholder21 I’m feeling like you may be confusing “blank slot” with “null”. Ed is scummy as hell this game and I’ve said so. What I mean by “blank slot” is that he has contributed nothing that resembles actual gameplay and it’s like not having a player in that slot at all. I do not think he’s null lol. At this point he’s anti-town at best by not contributing or scum/3p at worst. He’s definitely on my wtl

Name calling is fun! dice did finally answer why he chose Verb - it was sometime this morning but it wasn’t much of an answer. I’m pretty sure that all actions are considered simultaneous unless the mod specified otherwise.

My plan is to try and get people to agree on things that makes sense. There’s power in numbers, so if can unflick people’s brains, the majority ought to be able to make good decisions. Currently this is a challenge because, well, you know… Anyway, dice is obvious scum. If we look at his play and everyone else’s around him, we ought to be able to shortlist a scum pile. Simple. I’m still trying to decide if Rand and Heavy are for real, their logic is so f’d. But I think Rand is playing a little too polished and manipulative for having just jumped back in. Turin goes back and forth. Dunno about him yet. Ed is just scumming along. Somebody back there called him out for 3p equity - that‘s what it looks like. We haven’t heard from a lot of players so far today so I’m not trying to get too focused on individuals yet - just want to all agree on what we think the situation is.

There is no world where a townie false claiming cop is a genius level play. No world. The odds that the real cop cc’s and outs themselves are high. Too high to consider this as a possibility. If we can’t agree on that, town is going to lose this game.

Probability is all we have to work with, obviously. And one point by itself is not all that informative, but a group of likely probable points starts to reveal a picture. I’m gonna shift over to speculation and conspiracy - just making that clear - and you may or may not want to go down this road, I get it. But do you think it’s even possible that dice and Rand choreographed their EOD actions?
