  1. Blame yourself for your mislynch lol as for Heavy, we’ll see how he flips. If he’s not the Condemner, I’ll have made a mistake. I saw something and put it out there - that’s the game. You got any reads besides me?
  2. Seems like Tigs and Key are busy. Verb is always scarce on weekends. I can deal if need be, but I would like to hear a lot more from Tigs and Key.
  3. Do we want to ask Darthe for a deadline extension to Monday pm? My schedule is about to be busy through tomorrow night and it looks like others are busy too.
  4. There’s a very extremely unlikely remote chance, but it does happen every once in a while lol
  5. We’ll see when we see. I didn’t take Darthe’s quote that way, hence my question in the first place. I think I see something. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I’m right. That’s how it goes. I’m fine with the core’s response - core is usually right. But something about it pings me, so… I’m adding Ithi to my core today - she’s definitely putting in the effort and good with teh accuracy. Nyn/Verb/Zander/Ithi
  6. We’ll see. I’ll accept defeat when we know who’s who at the end. I did miss Darthe’s “not that it would ever happen post” but I’m not sold on that justifying Heavy’s response. We’ll have to agree to disagree until we know for certain.
  7. Yep, I already stated that my quotes were out of time order. I had to hunt for them. But for the two quotes above, the 1st is from Turin - not Darthe - and semi explains the role. And we all read and discussed it, but even Turin said “I guess” - there was still confusion. Hence the number of times we @‘d Darthe to clarify. So it seemed really weird that Heavy would jump in with his post - to me it felt confident, like he knew - when all we had to go on was Turin’s post. Did Heavy blindly believe Turin? Turin wasn’t even confident himself, so why would Heavy just restate it like it was fact? We never got the clear definition until Darthe posted after Heavy and described it exactly as Heavy had - so how did Heavy know when nobody else did?
  8. it’s in the timestamps
  9. All of the info that Heavy gave in his short post - nobody knew that but Darthe and the Condemner.
  10. Why doesn’t this matter? What are you talking about I shouldn’t have included? The idea is simple - Heavy gave details like random target and night action that nobody else knew. The quotes are there 🤷‍♂️
  11. The target was always random lol - as are all roles. As we sit here now, the target may have no idea that they’re a target - who knows. But when Heavy used that language, and knew it was a night action, he gave details. Why did he offer the explanation at all? Who knows.
  12. When you said “randomly picks someone in a night action, no need to lynch.” you described details of a role that nobody knew existed. We started off thinking the Condemner had to get their target lynched. Then Turin said he asked Darthe and it was more of a hunter type role. But there were still no details. Then you pop in at random - nobody asked you about the role at all - and described how it works. Then Darthe described the same thing. East as that
  13. When the game started, we had the name Condemner and a brief description about a target and a bpv. There was no mention of anything random. As per mafiascum, the Condemner has to get his target lynched. Then Darthe modified it to what it is now
  14. @HeavyHalfMoonBlade @Zander?
  15. I posted the quotes - you explained the role when nobody else had the info. I’ll grab it for you…
  16. Darthe said he explained the order of operations already in response to Rand. OMG do I miss iso - looking back for stuff is like pulling teeth
  17. He snarked - it’s in one of the quotes I posted. Darthe will have to clear up when he edited the OP
  18. I did. I will say that I struggled to remember the conversation I had with Turin, hence why I spent half an hour collecting all the posts. I know I questioned Heavy immediately after he made the post and he gave a joke response - it’s all there. TBF, can I say 100% nobody else put that idea in Heavy’s head? No. We would have to do a thorough reread and good luck with that. But it struck me at the time because I had to message Darthe with questions about my own role, so I figured the other role would be different as well.
  19. Correct - mod can confirm
  20. You gave info nobody else had at that point 🤷‍♂️
  21. This was edited by Darthe to clear up confusion - he’ll have to confirm when. When the game started, all we had was the role name “Condemner” which is completely different than the version above, hence the discussions about the Condemner having to get a player lynched.
  22. It does now because Darthe edited it as per his comments that it was confusing.
  23. Here’s everything I could find in regard to discussions involving the Condemner role. They’re not in order but the timestamps are there. Looks like Heavy was the first to use the word “random”, later confirmed by Darthe. @HeavyHalfMoonBlade how’d you know the target was random?
  24. Picking up from here. My current views from the crow’s nest: I don’t believe dice. I would think that the cop, even knowing he’d be RB’d, would try to view a player most likely to solve the game. Solving Key does very little in that direction. All that and the memory stuff = no bueno. Town core for me today is Nyn/Zander/Verb Marsh is back with “I know it doesn’t make any sense, but I want DPR to be mafia so bad that I’m willing to overlook logic.” To me, this kinda clears him for today - same logic as Rand being passionate to a fault. Which is one benefit of picking fights lol. It tends to solve things much more quickly and I’ve never been a fan of paddycake mafia anyway. @HeavyHalfMoonBlade I’ve called you out for knowing too much about the Condemner role. I’ve asked you to talk about before, but you’ danced around that. Please walk me through how you knew about the role .
