I guess maybe I'm seeing it more scummy than townie because I could potentially see scum saying "Why would I offer myself up if I was scum" and then somehow clearing themselves because of it? Hopefully, that makes sense. Not really sure how to explain it, but I get where you're coming from about it being townie because it would eliminate a question mark.

Yes. Someone trying to clear themselves because they said they would give themselves should be a red flag. But the sacrifice itself shouldn't be.

AJ I have as tentative town because of how badly he fooled me last time. The fact that he seems to be consensus town is a really good sign though.

 

I have liked MrsClov's game for the most part. There was some weirdness at the beginning, but her game is good on the whole. I also think Hally town reading her is a good sign.

 

I don't think I need to go into more detail as to why I have Darthe as town. He's been my main topic :P

 

I have Bop as town mainly because of the post where he lists himself as today's lynch. He's lower than others on my town reads because of his read progression on Darthe.

 

I have liked Nini's content, what little there is so far, but it hasn't been enough to really get a good towny vibe from her.

 

I haven't really looked into anyone else yet. Not voting Verb or Marsh today because it would be a blind lynch. Suggest that deadline be extended to Monday.

What I mean by blind lynch. Who endd up getting lynched is usually decided in the last 24 hours. If someone isn't able to be on in that period to defend acusations, I believe it should be considered a blind lynch.

 

It's common knowledge that Verb isn't on on the weekends. This DL ends on Sunday. He won't be here for it.

 

Marsh has stated that he won't be either. If memory serves this is common for him too.

 

I am not opposed to a blind lynch if the case against the person is a good one. But I don't have a good case on either and therefore won't be voting either. I would appreciate it if anyone pursuing someone that won't be here to defend it to have good reason to do so.

Eh, I'll get there. I'm sure I've forgotten a lot of it in 3-4 years, and the site I originally played on didn't do a whole lot of mafia lingo if I recall correctly.

I don't agree with the blind lynch sentiment on day 2 because this game has been going on for a week and if in that time I can't get a villagy read off of them that's not a me problem.

 

though i seldom play anything other than 12hour day/night cycle games with no night chat so that may or may not impact my thoughts on the matter.

 

but we can talk about this in post game since its not really game relevant.

I was looking back at Hallia's posts and found these two comments interesting.  I'm curious to see what exactly Hallia liked about this. I didn't really see her comment on anyone else's list, so I think we could be on the right track with one of Verbal, Lenlo, or Ironeyes. I don't know if she would like a list if her scum partners were below null on it? I could be grasping at straws. Idk. Hindsight the I'm always right thing seems a little TMI, maybe? Idk.

Once I did, I noticed AJ's recent list, commented on which names the rest was, and the one thing that came to mind when thinking of those 3.

I still don't like the idea of lynching someone when they can't fight back, but I'm paranoid about the scum being exactly Verb and Marsh, and by excluding them I would be ensuring my vote was on a towny.
