I disagree with you about his read on nyn. It's not only that she said she posted from the qt. It's the content of said reposting. They feel like legit reads between Hally and Nyn, and I don't see scum faking those reads.

this post certifies that i, bopolis, have read all the posts since I left and the only changes in feeling are the following:

 

moving the hydra from leaning scum to leaning town for a couple reasons;

 

1) nyn gave reads

 

2) the way nyn said "im giving my reads on QT so ask hallia later" instead of something like "i don't have reads yet(or something similar)" makes me believe that they are probably town for several reasons. The most easy for me to vocalize is that I believe based on what she said there is actually a QT where she is jotting down reads/thoughts rather than she is just saying that as a lying scum. If she's a lying scum, she can actually just give her fake reads, the fact that she goes the extra step to say she's quoting from her thoughts on the QT reads to me as legit rather than something she's adding in to give herself more credibility and to look towny. Not sure if I am making my feeling on this understandable but I hope that I am. One caveat to this is that if she has some sort of history in leveraging elements like hydra QT in order to look more towny, then this whole paragraph is null and void. My impression of her from a discord group we are both on is that she's pretty straightforward so i'm going with that unless told otherwise by multiple sources not hallia.

Maybe I'm not reading how he phrased that correctly but to me it sounds like he's saying that since she said they were from the QT he believed they weren't fake because it's a step above and beyond than just giving fake reads. It's kind of angle shooty at best and doesn't actually address the reads themselves.

Lets make this clear since I've seen this popping up a couple of times. The only reason I pasted some stuff from what I was talking about with Hallia, was because I wasn't planning on saying much ITT. Hallia was going to. But then despite of this resolve, players were being invested and wanting something to work with and I didn't want to be an hindrance to the progress of the game. So I divulged some stuff. Just because I want to try something different doesn't mean I want it to get in the way, so to speak.

 

So yeah... the whole origin of my reads shouldn't matter. It's just how it turned out due to the circumstances. So just look at my reads.

He was pretty disinterested in I think Bolshevik? as a wolf and got heavily invested in Hackers as a villager.

 

I don't think his interest level is as relevant to his rand as it is to how he's clicking with the rest of the player base in a null sort of way, or RL or whatever.

 

I've got him null with expectations.

 

 

He was a PR in Hackers, though, wasn't he?    Not familiar with Bolshevik. Who was in his team there? Sometimes a horrible team can induce apathy.

 

My remark was more to do with conversations I've had with him outside of games. It was just off the cuff impression. I enjoy randing town a lot more, he is the polar opposite. But I would also look at his response to my comment and my thoughts on it. I thought it was a good look, anyhow. But it's also true he's in another game and so on... so we'll see.

More generally though I'm concerned with Lenlo's quietness. Sooh was becoming a worry but I think she looked decent earlier and I believe what she says about being busy. Tiink/Calder are pretty null but I haven't paid much attention to them tbh.

Bold is fair but to clarify I wasn't really using that as a reason to make a read, just more so commenting that I didn't think she was lying about being busy to like actively lurk or something. I tend to take people for their word on that sort of thing.

 

I liked #967, #970 and #972 in particular.

 

As far as being outside of her scum range I wouldn't really be able to say because I don't think I've seen a full fledged naughty!Sooh game before so idk what she could be capable of. I don't think she's particularly a hard townie to spot though. Her analysis is pretty sharp from what I've seen having just modded for her in Hackers.
