I don't think shad is a wolf. His insistence that I have to be the deepwolf is the only thing that gives me pause on this, because I can tell he's good at this game, but that's a silly thing to hold someone accountable for so yeah

Lenlo is an interesting case. He proclaimed he want to win but didn't bring the WIM at all, and I would put him on a wolf list pretty quickly if we didn't hit a wolf soon.

Shad's last couple of mafia games have been characterised by relatively (for Shad) low effort. His first mafia game was very good, and I think he thinks he's got something to prove about his mafia game, so in my head I'm very unwilling to remove him from my POE until I've looked in detail.

Hey @SOOH, can you point me where Shad defended Hally? I'm just wondering what exactly you're seen there.

I touched on it in my ISO of him. I remembered his defense as stronger than it was, and it's basically making me doubt my entire "Shad is scum" read. It was an odd and very quick progression, so depending on how he responds I'll make my conclusion about him. 

 

You have him as slightly scummy too. What do you see about him which makes you think he's scummy?

There were some awkward posts earlier that I had a back and forth with him about that just didn't come off right to me, they felt like he was reaching with his case. And just an overall gut feeling that's a little hard to quantify. I feel like I should be able to slot him town by now but I'm not able to read him and that frustrates me because I need him to be town.

 

When you get the chance I'd appreciate you linking to those posts and explain how you were thinking about them.

Mainly it was his interactions pushing Monstr that felt wrong to me, especially the one that I mentioned in that first catch up post and then went back to it. His case felt like he was reaching trying to push a Monstr lynch and nudging in that direction but the nitpicking he was doing didn't come off very natural to me. Other than that, I feel that he never developed a read on me, he just slotted me town too easily. I've been playing a pretty shoddy game so far so that's a little odd by itself.

 

I still need to do a legit ISO on Shad but I think it's very likely he's scum this game.

I tried explaining to Sooh last night.

 

And I wouldn't say I was confident, but maybe as confident as I am on anyone else.

 

She was extremely confident that her play was different to the turbo in which she was mafia, she pointed towards 'something' she'd said in WOW that would/could clear her this game. The only tinfoil I have is the timing of her claim.

That would be eerie, but I can't worry about that today because confirmation bias so I have to exclude myself from the read
