I honestly don't remember much from Zander after EOD in Skype - at least not for a couple of hours afterward, and then not a lot. I haven't a clue how fast he sobers up once he calls it quits - I know I've seen Cory be nearly incoherent but within a few hours sober enough to feel comfortable driving home (not that I'd reoommend it ).

 

Regardless, if he was intentionally playing up the DrunkZander effect as an act to avoid meaningful interactions at EOD, that would be .... uncool, to say the least. Kind of like lying about RL as an excuse to avoid playing. I don't know, and I'll have to evaluate his actions outside of that because it's speculative at best, and borders on angleshooting at worst.

I wondered that as well - I had barely interacted with anyone, or said much of anything, so if that was really the peek, does it help at all?

Common wisdom is to peek people who can't resolve themselves through posts. In a hypothetical world where Clov was a. Tow and b. a cop; he would think he could actually read me or dice given enough posts. The fact that he has done NOTHING to resolve either of our slots is what is pinging me off the edge of my seat and has me confident I found scum #2.

Befuddled?  Yates and Zander are both difficult reads.  Besie has done things that strike me as towny.  She's being very open and casual.  She made some comments earlier today that particularly struck me, make me lean town on her, and could be indicative of who her team mates are if she is scum.  I'm still curious to see if anyone else makes this observation, but remind me to explain it before EoD.  Yates has done absolutely nothing to ping me bad on first read.  Awkward in the usual Yatesy way, but not inherently bad.  But he's my next ISO whenever I get to it.  Maybe after this post.  Probably the biggest thing that bugs me about Zander is how he lulztunneled Yates when he was drunk instead of, I don't know, spamming irrelevant gifs or something.  He did back off at the end, but I was a bit surprised to see him pick right back up with the tunnel today.   I had Bender above Yates on my read list because of Besie.  The positions swap when I think about Zander in isolation.

I agree. Though I'm sure he didn't think of it as "lying" so much as having fun with role playing. I think it's fair to evaluate given that his drunk posting appeared fairly contrived, imo. I'll double check time stamps but the difference in clarity was STARK.

 

Clov was there. But he's very likely Bender's scum buddy so I'm not sure how honest he will be.

  Zander was very DRUKT in the skype channel I know about.  I don't know how far we can really talk about his out of game behavior, but this does not match up with my own personal experience.
