Like I think your treatment if Nomi's death is naive and you aren't a naive player but maybe you still say things like this as town when you're sharing your thoughts as they come to you?

I say whatever comes to mind as town, it's sort of what I do

Don't expect it to stop

Why would I expect it to stop? This is either how you are or you're lying and have committed to an approach. I'm not suggesting it's a good or bad thing.

The bottom line is this: I know you by reputation. You're a "great player", but that doesn't tell me why. Are you skilled at manipulation, like Yates, or is your talent a mastery of "townie" behavior? A bit of both? I suspect you're more the latter and that makes me lean town on you in spite of actions that I can easily view as potential manipulation.

Does that make sense?

I guess we've reached the let's offer random resistance to Cory because we don't know how to read him when it's really not that hard stage

Congratulations boys

I don't know how to answer this question. I am who I am, I play werewolf. What other people say about me is what they think about me.

I don't care to call myself a "great player", I am okay and werewolf is a hard game. I think people think I am good because I usually make good reads. I don't really enjoy manipulation but I'll do it in either role if I feel like I need to get something done. I am typically villagery in either role.

I don't think this is productive at all.

well... Shad, Cory... i do think both of you are town. So, it's nice to see the interaction, but yeah, it strengthens my feelings here.

Tabor is not a bad one to look into. Hallia isn't off the list either.

For the rest of the players, gotta look.

Personally, it would interest me much to know if we have a vigshot that killed Nomi, or not. Odds of both wolf and vig nk'ing the same target would be small imo, surely this kill.

1) Nomi was never a serious lynch option and wasn't likely to be any time soon, and 2) scum go for D1 no info kills as often as meat and potato kills in my limited experience here. You probably know both of these things. So excuse me if I raise an eyebrow when you show up suggesting a vig kill. There are players in this game I would be voting right now for saying that but I still think you're probably town. I will point it out anyway, because sometimes I am wrong.

And I could absolutely see Nomi being mislynched. Several people were scumreading him (including people who have clout); people were unfamiliar with him regardless of his postings and I don't have to point back to the 3-4 times DM lynched Sili for not being "understood". Things like that happen all the time and we seem to have a lack of direction in general.

I would imagine I have a better idea of the possibilities of what is POTENTIALLY viable in any given game than you do, but that's probably arrogant of me to say. Would still guess it's true

I really don't even know how to reply to some of you

Sorry that I'm me and that isn't what you want

But we really, really, really need to lynch a wolf today. Imperative beyond belief. Stop messing around.

I think BFG is either a villager or trying to level me because she knows it's worked before.

I withdraw from reading that slot and will defer to someone who is less emotionally involved

bolded: i agree. Even Rack was lynched due to people not being able to read him better.

and yes, we need to lynch a wolf.

Okay and why would I say that as a wolf and not say that as a villager Shad

I don't know if you would say it as town, hence this conversation. If you want to know why I think you might say it as scum, ask me after the game or I'll explain if I think it would actually be productive to.

Nomi was an obviously skilled player with high capacity to be a game solver if he was town. He was peak material, not lynch material, and I held off sharing any thoughts on him D1 because I wanted to see which players would be overeager to suss him and why. I would have vocally fought a lynch on him if I thought there was any chance he would actually eat it.
