I am calling you out for the timing because you're claiming Calder is misrepping you by stating the order of events wrong. He is, in fact, not doing that. Because your reaction to him saying he didn't believe you was you quivering in your boots response. You only later expanded to Clov... I don't really care if it was 1 minute later, 10 minutes or 5 hours. Fact of the matter is you did wave it off with a defensive response INITIALLY.

 

As for me, I prolly tend to put more weight on initial reactions because I think they're a lot more telling than ones where a player has time to think it over. Your initial response was a bad one. If you had an explanation for your comment and thinking he was new, then I would expect you to just spell it out. Instead you just spazzed. I didn't care for it. Your question later on about what scum would do was obtuse. Didn't really care for that either. I also think Calder responded well... so I don't really get how he's not answering you.

The reason that is being pointed out is because you reacted badly. You commented about him not being new. When he said he didn't believe you, Instead of explaining yourself, you waved it off by slipping into defensive mode with the quivering in your boots bit. It's swell that you explained later on... but your initial reaction was no bueno. So yes, it's gonna be pointed out.

 

 

Did it really happen that way?  Calder called me a liar and Clov asked for elaboration.  I rolled my eyes at Calder, explained myself to Clov, then went back to address Calder further.  "Avoiding explanation" was Calder's spin on the event.  Both posts were already on the table.  There was no "later on".

Gonna leave this here so people can see Shad's exaggeration of events. I did not call him a liar. I called out his actions as having a fake vibe that points towards scum alignment. A reasonable accusation, not a flat out your 100% scum call-out. He then proceeded to oddly play it off badly.

My mistake for thinking you would want to start our analysis of events from the beginning. But, yea i basically called you a liar in that post.if you take offense to that then your in the wrong game. It was my second response to you (first i already quoted above) and it was to put you on your back foot and get a response. I was open on my stance until you tried to play it off again. Then it became my stance for real. Your scum.

 

 

If I refer to the post where you called me a liar and you quote a different post and say look guys, Shad is lying, I didn't call him a liar, you can't just back off and say 'well excuse me for wanting to start from the beginning'.  You are spinning the conversation again.

You admitted that there was confusion on your part, and that's fine. What is your point in bringing that up now?  You concluded the previous post by saying my line of reasoning makes no sense, so I explained my line of reasoning.  I had to have thought it before your explanation.  So whether I believe your explanation or not is irrelevant here.

 

It goes like this:  I ask x.  You explain and go "I'm not sure why you were thinking that."  I explain "this is why I was thinking x".  You come back with "You need to stop pushing x or you're going to get lynched, buddy."  This is scummy play.
