Good news is we finally got obe. Bad news is their read list is gonna be a headache. The hydra heads weren't agreeing on reads.

And general thread consensus was not liking them. Not sure how helpful that will be either.

@Lenlo that's how I interpreted the events. I could be wrong. I'd like other people's input on it, not just your defense, though.

What? What are you referencing here?

Well the thread is town so them not being liked makes a lot of sense actually.

If you want to look for spew here are some guidelines:

1. Celeste will be pushing town ppl by asking questions I feel, or being vague. She seemed to have trouble offering more substance, at least in the beginning.

2. Wish is not afraid of bussing, but likely when she busses it will either be very silly (low key) or quite substantiated.

3. Look for shock or genuine surprise from Celeste and Wishtree's that comes from their informed perspective vs. someone elses uninformed perspective. Celeste's reaction to JS' claim might be such an instance of this.

4. People who don't tackle Celeste, or softly defend them, or create wagons while Celeste's wagon is growing, while not having a good reason to, are definitely suspect.

I think I was away during that name. I'm not sure what killed you

Is it not logged somewhere?

Let me ask really quickly.

Updated reads/thoughts as of right now...  see note at the end.

Town:

Mish - has made a lot of sense and I like the thought she's putting into her reads.  Her push on Wishleste puts her FIRMLY off the mafia list.

Snow - with the way Wishleste went after him, I feel good about putting him as solid green at this point.

Sili - I don't read him well, but Cory was convinced... it would take a lot for me to move him off my town list.  (As a side note, if he's mafia, I will be lodging my objection with his every attempt to say we should know he's town by how he's playing.)

Light town:

Lenlo - I appreciate the extra effort he's putting into the game, although reading back through his posts I think we're giving him more credit for looking like he's working than for actually thinking things through and making good points.  Moving him down a little for now, although he's still in the green range.

Tab - Her D1 effort was great and she's remained engaged.  I'm tinfoiling a little here about things I'd rather not get into just yet, but still pretty comfortable with her as town.

Talya - Wasn't sure of her at start of day, but her responses to my posts were pretty relaxed and natural, and reading back through her ISO I think she's more likely to be town than not.  After her recent history I think she'd have been more hesistant to hammer Pral if she was mafia,  and would probably not bring up the fact that people weren't going after her for it.  She did quite a bit of interacting with Wish and Celeste - the only thing that has me hesitant is the fact that she resisted the Wishleste lynch as feeling too easy.  Something to think over for the future.

Eldrick - I'm really bad at reading Eldrick.  There have been things that I haven't liked, but most of them I think are just Eldrick being Eldrick and saying everything that comes to mind.  Cautious town for now.

Unsure:

Tina/Leelou - I keep bouncing back and forth with these two due to their tunnel on one another.  It's possible they're both town, and there have been times I have leaned town on both of them, but they are each so convinced the other is mafia that it's throwing me off. Except for their opinions on one another, they seem to coming to similar conclusions.

BFG - Sooh's contribution hadn't been strong enough to develop a solid read on her, and Cory was tinfoiling on Sooh by the end of N1. I'm going to need a little time to process BFG once she's fully caught up.

Scum:

Ocicat - Had a strong town read on Wishleste D1, and continues to be low content/low effort.

Verbal - It feels like he hasn't really begun playing yet.  His resistance to the Pral lynch felt like TMI. Did not interact with Wishleste at all, only mention of them was discussion with Mish about why she was voting them, where he seemed to be doing this awkard distance/defend act: "I understand your issue with them, but based on your reasoning why are you voting them?"

-----

I want to go back through and double check Wishleste's posts to try to get a better feel for their interactions with people, but that's not happening tonight.

I don't have enough potential scum and there are some people in my town list that I'm kind of tinfoiling on a little, but I can't decide whether they need to move down until I get more information to work from, so this is where I'm at for now.

Im really curious how Wishleste treated Eldrick atm actually.

I remember through the latter half of D1 they were the only ones willing to vote him with me. Not sure if that was just playing along to get on my good side or if they really wanted to see if that lynch would take off. Does make me feel better about Eld though, assuming im remembering it right.

Tress, connecting dots is hard.

Im actually leaning towards them wanting that lynch to take off, cause being the second vote on a train is way to early for bussing from someone like them and I just dont have the clout as a player to make getting on my good side worth the potential negative side effects.

Wow... I'm a real ditz. I left my textbooks in my school bowling alley. Hopefully I'll be able to find them tomorrow. >.<

I regret not just leaving them at home instead of bringing work with me.

This reads to me as a w/v analysis. It's more likely for a wolf to agree with a town on everything except the person they are opposed than it is a teammate, or for it to be 2 townies doing it to each other IMO. Question is who is the wolf in this group?
