Ok, if Thane is mafia and had a shot left he could have won Day 5 and chose not to for #reasons. If Thane is mafia and doesn't have a shot then we get another mislynch anyway.

 

Only way this logic fails is if Thane misread you on Day 5 and thought you were likely to switch anyway and was getting ahead
