Alien mafia [BASIC] - Game Over - Town won

If you end up in a final scenario with Sili, Hallia, Talya, and a cop-cleared NB, I think you're in a lot of trouble.

The point is, at this point, the last mafia could be anyone. Because if we're assuming the last one is GF, they're viewed as town.

 

So, if we look at it as Alanna/Darthe clear as doc/cop

 

Sili very unlikely to be mafia

 

We have left: Hallia, Talya, NotBob, Shad, Heart

 

Out of those, only Talya has been viewed, but that's not clearing.

Sometimes I think AH, other times I think NB. At moments I think Hallia is a godfather, or Talya was a brilliant bus by Dae and I just misread the sequence and miscleared her.

My 2 absolute clears are you and Darthe. I might include Shad if he's lucky. Whenever I goo back to read I get bored so I come to the front page and see if there's anything I should respond to -_-

But don't worry, my head is much worse: I have this horrible feeling in the back of my mind that the mafia skipped last night's NK to make the doc reveal and Darthe is actually the last mafia member and leading us all to doom. . . But that's highly unlikely, right?

Basically this, and NB and AH have the least going for them by far, so I think you all better sort out your feelings on Hallia, Talya and I.  I think Talya is a far less likely scenario than Hallia, because I don't understand scum going into D2 with Dae and Talya both planning to kill Dae while Sooh does her own thing.

I'm basically split between Heart and NB for the lynch today, leaning ever so slightly toward Heart, so that's where I'm voting.

 

After those two, I would go for Shad, Hallia, then Talya.

When someone mentioned earlier that NK can be skipped the thought crossed my mind, but I think Darthe is pretty clear via Sooh.  I can't imagine them as team mates planning for her to try to set him up at a potentially volatile time when he was barely playing this game, especially considering this was part of what got Sooh lynched.

I really don't know why Darthe cleared her.  The hammer on Sooh set her above AH and NB but if it's neither of them I'm like 95% certain it's Hallia.

I've convinced myself that if it's not AH, NB, or Hallia, gg mafia, because the possibility of it being anyone else is way less likely.  I know I haven't played enough to see how creative a mafia trap can be, but Dae played very poorly and Sooh gave herself away in subtle ways.  The third person is clearly a bit more sneaky, but would they be more likely to get away with that while on board with Dae or Sooh or by acting totally independently from them?  Talya would have had to basically agree to be set up by Dae with the assumption that one of the two of them would be killed.  Sooh would have in the meantime gone off on her own against Darthe and then silent, not taking advantage of the scum kill at all.  It's a grand plot.  It's tinfoil.  Dae was bad scum and when he got caught he chose the easiest target, which was clearly Talya at the time.  Sooh stayed out of it because she didn't want to help lynch a team mate (especially if NotBob already was) and she didn't want embroiled in voting town Talya either.  The third scum was either smart and got off a sinking ship by voting his team mate or else tried to empower the Talya train.  Who does this scenario incriminate?  NotBob, AH, and Hallia.  Who was the first person to say Talya was not cleared by all this?  I think it was Hallia.

 

I vote the path of least resistance.  We have three lynches left and short of some really crazy plot crafted by Dae and co we have three options.

No.  We aren't prematurely going to set every bit of this up because that's rigid and in mafia one thing that you want to avoid as much as you can is structure.  Structure can be anticipated and then people can formulate plans to target parts of it.  If you told me that in three days you were going to get me lynched I'd win the game before you actually managed to do it.

 

Thus, keep things fluid and make it a dog fight between those not clear.  If they all die and there's still a game go back and look at who faked something, slipped up, seemed off to a few of you though you couldn't put your finger on why (this post from you would be a good example of that), pushed too hard or too little, etc.  Figure things out.  But never stand still.  

 

IMO we should go ahead with the AH lynch.  We aren't getting any further until it happens so ya'll don't have much left to wait on.
