I've basically assumed you're telling the truth about the mason thing.

But you still want to lynch him?=S

Why is Sili a town lean for you?

He's digging hard for information. Scum are usually much more observant of their tendency to dig too deep and get called out on it. Sili doesn't seem to care - he's just going about his game without caring how it makes him look (imo).

Meh. I don't have much meta on Sili, but he's pretty spastic regardless imo and that's how his "digging" is coming off to me.

Vig: ?

Cop: ?

You forgot Doc.

Vig: Eldrick - Right now this is what I'm thinking. Either him or Hally. But a lot of it depends on how today's lynch goes down and performing a super micro VCA post flip.

Cop: Wombat - You bozos will never be able to tell if he is Town or Scum. Me neither.

Doc: Verbal - He crumbed a PR. I saw it.

I know you didn't but I still think it would be hilarious if you were NKed N1. Again.

NOW who's evil??!!! MOOO HOO HA HA HA!

Pumpkin?

No. I don't want to lynch Yates. I did want to lynch a mason (which was now the less active Pral), so we could trust the other one, but it's finally sinking in why that's a bad idea.

Well I don't understand your scum read either.

you said i was spastic as either alignment, which is not exactly true all the time, but close enough to the truth right now, but i don't understand how that leads you to the conclusion i'm scum when i've been very open about possibly over thinking things and trying not to.

I guess... is there a good reason you want to lynch me? I can't recall one. I don't think there is actually.

I don't like the way you've been nudging Yates and openly campaigning against NotBob.  Yates would be a bad lynch and NotBob is an asset if town.  Feels like you're trying to discredit potential power players while picking safe stances otherwise.

Nudging yates!? No. I outright wanted him lynched because i didnt believe his claim. It seems i was mistaken. I think other ppl have expressed certain doubts too and its pretty understandable why it was the way it was.

I dont know not bob but i dont think he is a power player. Also, im not discrediting his reads.

In fact how am i discrediting anyone???

Posted

Oh, I just realized something.

Wombat, if I'm trying to discredit Yates and Not bob, who the hell am I protecting?

Normally when scum 'discredit' someone, they have an objective in mind.

If you mean discredit Yates' claim, well I made clear why I didn't believe him, but never once forced my perspective on others.

The scum objective for discrediting a mason claim is usually to keep the PoE from shrinking.  I'd say a town read on Pral is very safe.  A town read on Eldrick is probably not unless you know he's going to flip town.

NotBob won't do much on D1, but he can be deadly to scum when he gets in rhythm.  If you don't know him, then I guess I'll have to reassess that point.

I gave pralaya a town lean long before the masons claim became believable. It certainly wasn't safe at the time.

Plus, even if my reads are concensus (they aren't) how is that a bad thing if there is good logic behind them? A lot of people have 'safe reads'. So I honestly don't get how you can case me for safe reads and not ask me why I have the reads I do. That doesn't make sense.

As to yates' claim, my point stands. I was quite clear where I stood, and while scum might want to discredit a masons I bet they're more discrete about it.

To express consicely:

My interpretation of safe is a consensus read.

Pralaya wasn't a consensus read back when I made it, but even if it were it wouldn't make me scum. What makes someone scum is if they don't have a genuine logic backing their reads, and you wouldn't know one way or the other because you haven't asked. If you have a problem with my reads then you should have investigated them.

Casing me because I pushed for Yates' lynch is complete basterd hogwash. Not only was I not alone in debating the validity of Yates' claim, no scum in their right minds pushes a mason like I did unless they honestly don't believe it. Imagine if Yates had flipped masons, with me backing his lynch. That would put me under considerable scrutiny.

...and while scum might want to discredit a masons I bet they're more discrete about it.

Are you discrete about discrediting as scum? I don't remember.

Honestly I don't know. I haven't tried discrediting a claim before.

I imagine I would be more discrete than I have been however.

thane you realise without meta ud be D1 lynch all the time right?? :D

notbob  can you go over that post of ures    I cant quote    where you thank sili for outing himself for me? I think I get what ure aiming at but wanna check

yates   was sooh seeming too agreeable to you?

75% of my alignment can only mean I am town...in which case he knows I'm town...ergo...he is scum who knows my alignment.

How am I being dumb?

How you claimed you wanted to handle the masons.

The mason you chose to vote.

Dropping your claimed mason approach for reason stated being only that you don't have "enough support" rather than because it is straight up pants on head.

Following the person you were just voting's old case onto a new target [Hally].

Not reading Hally's response in context.

Not weighing the true scumminess of it.

And that's just to tickle the surface. Overall? You have been operating at well below grade level thinking thus far.

Never played with him before but I'd trust your analysis...way below average grade level.

DM theory tells you to lynch a player with a 75% random chance to flip your alignment for little-to-no information gain?

I'm speechless.

Thanks for confirming I'm town.  Something only scum would know.

Unvote, Vote Sili

Have you ever heard of a rhetorical question?

Yes, in fact I have.

Define:  Rhetorical Question is a figure of speech in the form of a question that is asked in order to make a point, rather than to elicit an answer.

Only you added the %...implied I was town...hence you are most likely scum.
