You're right. Weird that I had that impression, right? You somehow kept yourself off my wagon [despite constantly saying I'm scum recently]. It's almost as if you knew I'd flip Town and wanted no part of that.

Pretty much everyone did something like stay out of the way. That's how your wagon was built. Thankfully I said later I wasn't completely fine with your wagon and moved to pressure Eldrick and Dice instead.

I know. That's my point. It's like you already knew I was going to flip Town and didn't want to be on my wagon. Eldrick made for a convenient excuse.

In fact, you gave me crap about veting a Town role like I was being dumb.

Don't know what you're talking about.

Since I don't feel like wasting the whole freaking day with your nonsense, Darthe, I'm Lancelot, Loved. Which means I'm town. Now go kindly bark up some other tree.

Hey Leelou - how would you feel about proving it? As a "loved" person, you should need +1 to be lynched. Can we run you up to 5 then unvote you? If you are telling the truth, you won't be lynched AND we have a proven Townie.

This is a magnificent idea.

Was this not sarcasm? Because:

You're saying I should have voted you at lylo when I don't have a clear scum read of you???

lol.

Angle-shooting is bad play? It might be questionable ethics, which is why I didn't follow-it-up, but it isn't bad play.

Fine. It's questionable ethics, then. And that makes it look desperate.

I wasn't under pressure when I did it. I didn't push the case desperately either.

Like, why would I be desperate to push Eldrick when literally he is the easiest person to push this game. that's just completely lol.

It was a pretty dumb plan as stated.

But I was the one who proposed a world where it could work, so obviously I felt there was some merit to the idea, but not enough to risk the game over.

lol.

There are two ways of going about stopping a lynch:

1. You chant from the sidelines but don't actually doing anything to actively stop it.

2. You give reasons why you aren't going to vote for someone that has become the lead wagon.

One of these two approaches is more convenient for scum and the other is more important to Town. Guess which one you did?

I've read maybe 70% of the game, the remaining 30% is unfortunately scattered throughout it, so would be great if someone would post cliffs.

And it was sarcasm yes. I think that's pretty obvious in context.

Agreed. So I don't understand why you were confused by my assertion that you were treating me like my idea was dumb. Especially since you stated "This is a magnificent idea" sarcastically, which means you thought it was a STUPID idea.

Actually, I did give a reason to not lynch you. It was small, but I gave it its space. It was all I had.

I mean, what am I going to say? YATES IS VILLAGE CHAMPION???

Don't lynch him because of [blank] reason?

What would you have wanted me to say?

I got this.

Darthe started game aidsing it up. I caught him bandwagoning Nyn without a real case.

Verbal, nyn, barm, and others had a problem with Darthe aidsing it up. I defend him initially, but at a later point change my mind.

Darthe wasn't lynched Day 1.

N1 Verbal, who was a main proponent of Darthe's wagon died.

N2 Nyn, who was another main proponent of Darthe's wagon died. Nyn also wanted to lynch Eldrick.

In between, Barm was lynched for [reasons] (honestly I'm not exactly sure how solid the case was on him, I was pretty distracted at the time)

Setup:

Leelou - Lancelot / Beloved

Cass - Lover

Elizabeth - Lover

Clov - Arthur / Pr was stolen n2

Darthe - Darthe.

Dice - Morgan le Fe (Merlin's archnemesis :flamingsword: ) / Survivor

Sili - Merlin / Healer

Verbal - Nimue / Giftor / Excalibur item was lost upon Verbal's death.

It is MYLO.

MrsClov is pretty much confirmed Vig.

Sili is claiming to be Merlin - Town Doc.

Leelou claimed to be Loved [means it requires an extra vote] - she was willing to prove it but there was some debate about how to prove it without getting her lynched if she's telling the truth.

Darthe has escaped the noose twice - both of the people shouting Darthe!scum the loudest are dead - we aren't sure if it's a setup or because he's just scum.

Eldrick is a consensus scum and playing a bit of a noob card. Apparently he isn't new but hasn't played [that I know of] since I joined the site 2 years ago.

Thane is also a consensus scum for not being thread present. He claims it's work related. Forum activity seems to corroborate.

Yates had been considered Town most of the game. Suddenly thrown into the scum POE last night after Darthe confirmed I was offline and I got run up to L-2. I claimed when I got on and saw [sir Galahad].

Dice claimed Survivor after Clov hinted a "not town" result on him.

Clov [now you] is a Town consensus read. Can you confirm night actions pertaining to your slot?

That's where we are at.

Wait.

Dice - Morgan le Fe (Merlin's archnemesis :flamingsword: ) / Survivor

Is THIS why you are gunning for Dice???

Can't hurt lol.

But mostly I do think it's the safe and therefore optimal play.
