We've got three dead scum so far. Are were prob the tougher ones to pull off as well- GF, Top Tier player, and lurking scum. Plenty of useful spew to find last mafioso.

 

Finding SK is a bit tougher, but still not impossible, just need good POE and townies towntelling.

 

If he IS town he need a to learn to not be such an ass and act like the game is AIDS when town is actually doing okay. So win win since at the very least thread environment would be more enjoyable.

As for ME, I DO have townies. Rolling with Hallia, Pray, and Dice. Tress ain't too far away either now funny as it is.

So I should lay over and die because town wants to take a foolish course of action over a pragmatic one?  Don't forget how many games are lost by killing every active player and then out-WIMing the rest.  And yeah, when I am a target based on heavy tinfoils the game is AIDs.  This isn't and hasn't been a push grounded in logic.  This game was at a standstill and people jumped on what felt convenient.

Did you even bother to read my ISO post comparing his town and scum game?  I also had a strong hunch on Kivam and started the train on him.  Being wrong in a mafia game isn't criminal.

I've yet to see a well reasoned argument for votes on me.  So far they've been based in me catching mafia and being vocal.  When you think someone could be mafia despite recognizing that they haven't played a scummy game but instead reason it on partial factors that's the definition of a tinfoil.

You make a lot of valid points about the state of the game (Des I disagree with you, if we mislynch I'm scared for Town) but frustratingly Darthe I haven't seen you offering any workable solutions.

 

That's what my suggestion was, by the way, not self-deprivation. When 6/7 final other players have said they will be eternally confused about the possibility I've been used by scum, 4 or 5 of them are definite Town and at least one of the others is non-Town enjoying that confusion, then yes, I would rather see my mislynch clear that confusion/wolf excuse from the board (so the remaining Town have less distraction going into scum reads the next night) than watch another Townie die this round. I haven't heard anyone else object so guessing it makes some sense to the 4-5 confused Town players out there.

 

Here's a question for everyone not strong on vote against Darthe: If not Darthe, who's next?

Cass this is why I argue against that.  almost all of us alive are town.  Almost all of us can be legitimately cased and you can find reasons to vote them.  Saying that because you've not played perfectly you should be removed doesn't help town it just removes you from the equation.  If you're town it'd be better for you to put in the extra effort (like I am doing today) to try and save yourself than it would be to remove yourself from the list of potential problems.

If I was then I'd have been NK'd by now.  Your well reasoned arguments were broken by me precisely because they didn't hold up well enough and they still don't.  You've been in my place many times before where people KEEP calling you scum and people who don't have nearly the handle that you do on the game provide the votes for your lynch.  I think it's pretty fair to be frustrated in this scenario.  Like I said before, if I was in the F4 and you wanted to do this I'd get it but in this scenario with so many alive who have had scummier games I don't get the votes on me.

Darthe, I have been DOING that, to the best of my ability, ALL game. The closer we get to the end, the MORE everyone cries wolf. I appreciate the work you did on my ISO and the conclusion you came to but dude, not even that changed people's minds and if that plus my own WoTs to date haven't convinced others what will? And if nothing does and I stay around, what will that mean for Town?

 

You're saying we're not being pragmatic. I'm being pragmatic. I acknowledged my preference for a cohesive fairly certain vote against wolf/SK this round. I've put forward my vote and my reasons and my preferences and reasons in the hope we get a correct lynch. Then I've acknowledged that if that doesn't look like it's going to happen perhaps getting me off the table might help clear the air - No more confusion, no more wolf potentially spinning us towards a later/more dangerous mislynch.

 

I cannot possibly be more Town-sounding than that, surely.

 

I'm sorry if I've got you wrong, but your ISO pings at me, and I've already been up all night/am now going to work on no sleep/will not have time to do more ISOs before EOD. I have to accept where I'm up to at this point and go with what I can. That means you as a preference, Tress as second etc. All for Town really putting our heads together and convincing me of a 'better' lynch if there is one, but at the moment, I really can't see clearly who it is.

Thane is prob town here.  I've said that a lot and I still don't see much to dissuade that notion.  I really think Laya is the way to go, followed by Tress.

 

@Cass you are wrong on me.  I've made myself as clear as I can. What happens now is beyond my control but I still intend to try and fight it.

To me posts like his last one are the main reason I have him lower down. Does he ever read that clear as Scum?

 

Also Darthe, call me tinfoiling but claims aside, I'm still not clear on Halli or Deslarmi. What if the oddsare against us with Halli? What if the real vig is waiting til they get another shot at scum before they counterclaim against Des/get killed? Both of these players are reading opportunistic and I can't for the life of me convince myself they have a particular lean.
