Am I the only one seeing this?  He's apparently scummy for not being useful when he could have been.  Tom says it wasn't really scummy, Yates explains why he couldn't have been helpful, and now he's villagery?

Ignoring your apparent misuse of the term "white knighting", I don't understand your mindset at all here, Csarmi.  It looks like you're completely locked in on her being town to start it, and you end like you have no idea what her alignment is.  Which is it, and if you're so lost on her, why are you trying to keep pressure off her?

 

 

If Hallia is town I'd like to know soon so we can move on to a better candidate AND because it's usually not difficult to mislynch her as scum (if she doesn't have a PR claim to bail her out, and even then she's still been lynched before) so I'd rather resolve her slot sooner rather than later

I don't understand this.  You just said you don't like to lynch people you're null on.  If they don't stand out as scum but end up lumped there because they didn't make themselves clear town, isn't that essentially lynching nulls?

 

Furthermore, if those are your only two scumreads, why aren't you pushing for them?  You took Thane off the table because he's not here, and you took Wombat away because apparently you skimmed too much to really know whether or not you agree with his stances.  At the very least, I'd expect you to be looking him over now.

I disagree with this entirely, and I really don't see how you could genuinely reach that conclusion.

I think it's pretty evident from the bold that he was talking about getting a read on her - not offing her for a flip.  Otherwise you're basically saying Despot suggested potentially mislynching her so that she can't be mislynched.
