Actually I might be biased. But I feel like I keep begging them to act like town and keep getting mad at me. Sigh.

 

 

THIS is what bothers me though. As scum, would they allow themselves to be as defiant and petulant as they are, or would they actually follow your advice to avoid more heat?

Don't know. But the sour attitude during a game we are winning is weird. They also haven't shown the kind of solving curiosity I would expect given the massive amount of info we have for a DM D2. It's crazy actually.

We got AJ and Tommy locked clear beyond doubt.

How do you know "beyond doubt" that AJ isn't an SK?  You would have had the same result.  

 

- Point being, the probable RB is very likely one of the "clear" Townies.

This is a lie FYI.  I need simply point to my post saying I'd be taking a break today and the subsequent post from Tommy [clearly stated as a snarky attack on someone who JUST expressed frustration with snarky attacks] to illustrate the point.

 

- Point being, you shouldn't marginalize your role in preventing the scum hunting or instigating argument - especially when you actively blocked [question re Csarmi for one].

An ideal role blocker should be deep wolf I think. Which would be played completely differently based on player.

Well wolf RB absolutely needs to stay alive today so I think someone totally quiet like TG or Dice or Drunk makes sense and someone who is angry about being suspected and trying to stay alive like Yates makes sense.

 

No result is likely an RB.  So focus on Dice, Drunk, Yates?  Why do you say Yates go angry?

 

I like neither of these posts from TG. The symp theory on DT could be swaying me here, but I think TG would show more WIM after 2 scum being dead by D2. He was very present and active on D1 and I doubt he suddenly forgot his reads. I would expect him to come in with more of a game solve attitude.

 

AJ is arguably the clearest player in the game since he is un-CC'd vig that shot scum. I'm an un-CC'd cop that led a scum lynch D1. It's confirmed there's a cop because there's a deputy.

Well, considering that Len & Darthe both have flipped town, and he also mentions Kates and TG in the same paragraph - it could be him trying to tip off that he knows the full scum team to the Mafia.

 

Symp alert. I think this is actually a pretty solid theory, and I agree with Despot on the site meta that usually roles have a way of being reused in games. There have been multiple symps in several of the past few games.

 

X in the Avengers. Thane in the Sherlock Holmes, etc.

IKR?? I was kinda waiting for someone to say this.

 

I'll just address it now. I don't care if you believe that I am a Vig or think that I am a SK. The point being I am confirmed one way or another as having a gun and I ain't afraid to use it. Bottom line is that I won't be getting lynched any time soon and at the VERY least the optimal play is to continue hunting mafia. If we get more scum flips (4 being the magic number here, unless the Symp thing is proven true) then AFTER that I would understand suspicion being turned my way. The fact remains, however, that I am un'CCed. So if anyone has the gall to step up and call me a liar, prepare to have your brain housing group obliterated by the end of the next Night phase.

Fyi irt Krak my mind is telling me he's somewhat scummy, both due to his connection to Lenlo and being so active and engaged compared to other times (tends to slank more as town), but my gut is giving me a rather strong town read on him. Mostly due to his casualness while still staying engaged, and following up on stuff I feel he would as a townie

 

If Vos stays alive much longer I'd start suspecting him but for now I'm gutcheck reading him as town too.

 

Dice has been a strong town read of mine for a while.

 

BFG needs to post more- like I said before it is very unlike her to put in so little #work as town. Normally she might post sparingly but when she does she packs a wallop, finding things others might not and such. The wagonomics #work would prob be fairly easy for her to fake as scum.

 

DT might be symp, or I suppose a hard bussed like someone suggested earlier. I find he too is usually less interested in most games, him trying harder could be like Krak in that he's more self-conscious as scum.

 

Thane looks townie to me, based on tone and showing backbone in certain situations, and in general is willing to scumhunt without provocation.

Vig or SK, there's a timer on my head regardless since I killed scum and I feel like I'm hot on their trail.

 

I doubt I live much longer. It's mostly just up to the scum team to decide who to prioritize their NK on.
