It was pretty bad when Des was calling me Nolder and NotBob a lock scum team but my point is that X had a point that you didn't actually say much about Des.

Des always makes up fake bogus stuff in the beginning. And sometimes he sticks with that. I've read him as scum in many games where he has done this but he turns out to be town. 

 

So, no. What you said doesn't sit right with me. And the new info, is more bad for you.

 

During the TRW game where I was scum along with Tommy, Verbal, Hallia and some others. Lot's of players, me included gave scum reads on our teammates. But it was as you did, with little to no reasoning.

“Whats all this crap about YOU creating Ultron, Stark!” barked Dr. Hank Pym, bursting into the room, “Ultron was MINE and you know it! You’re the one who RUINED IT!!!”

 

“Hank, calm down!” shouted Janet Van Dyne, trying to pull him back into the hallway, “I’m sorry Tony, but Hank’s been under a lot of stress lately. He’s…..he’s not been himself”

 

Hank sneered and then turned to Janet, “Tony? He’s Tony now? Why is he Tony to you? Did you sleep with him?”

 

“Who hasn’t?” grumbled Agent Skye. Tony winked at her and smiled.

 

“Hank please,” Janet pleaded, “Tony is….a friend and that’s all. Look, right now is not the time for…”

 

 

Suddenly, Hank Pym held up a rather odd looking device and aimed it at Janet. “Just a friend, huh? Did you make a deal with him? Hmmm?”

 

“Say Hank,” interrupted Tony, “I think you should probably go take a walk and cool off. Maybe some pilates, ya know? Some hot yoga, perhaps? Maybe a Kit-Kat break?”

 

“Back off, Stark,” snarled Pym, “you stole my Ultron plans…..but you couldn’t just leave them as is. NO, you had to put your own Stark taint all over it. If you had left my plans in tact, we wouldn’t BE in this mess! YOU stole my creation and turned it against mankind…”

 

“Yeah, um, THAT didn’t happen” argued Tony, starting to show frustration, “ and why don’t you leave right now? There is only room for one engineering genius in this room and you can’t be it, sorry.”

 

“So they can work with YOU? You are yesterday’s news, Stark. A weapons manufacturer with a temporary guilty conscience. But at the end of the day, you are still a womanizing, plagerizing drunk who couldn’t come up with an original idea to save his life! You’re a theif, a liar, and a coward!

 

“Yeah, well this..uh..coward…is about to knock you into next week,” Start looks around, “can we get somebody to …you know…” Tony imitated his hand motions to push Hank out the door.

 

Captain Rogers stepped in between Tony and Hank. “Dr. Pym,” he commanded, “right now we have Ultron closing in on us and we need you to stay focused.”

 

“Naturally, Captain Boy Scout would take the drunk liar’s side,” growled Hank.

 

“I’m taking OUR side, the side of good. And that should be both your side and his. Right now we need you in your lab where you are at your best. We need to find a way to take Ultron down for good. We need your help, now more than ever. We can sort all this out later. “

 

“How are we going to stop this thing?” sighed Skye, “I mean, it’s not like it has an off switch or something?”

 

“Shut Ultron off?” grumbled Hank, looking puzzled at the device he had earlier been pointing at Janet. “I think I just might be able to do that.”

 

 

Suddenly, there was a bright burst of PURPLE tinted dark energy that filled the sky! Somewhere, a beam of that same dark energy shot down to the ground. Screams of agony and pain could be heard for miles. Then….the burst of energy was gone and the moon rose as if nothing had happened.

 

 

But something did….

 

 

Blackhoof has been lynched? Strange, there doesn’t seem to be a coroner report.

But I also bolded the bit where he says I FOS'd Des with no reason.  I say that I've had multiple posts about Des and he goes and grabs them and finds....

Despo, bad logic is a bad thing.  Me pushing Tommy is not because I'm trying to stifle scumhunting or pull out partners, but because I'm trying to look for bad logic and missteps which are a primo way to catch players like Tommy out as scum (besides his lolcatting that is).  What is interesting on you so far is that you made a decision on me and now you're using confirmation bias with all further quotes.  Narrative.

 

1)Here he admonishes Des for using bad logic.

 

Scum Team: Rand, Tina, Krak, Des, Vos, X/Hoof.  #gamesolved.

2)Here, Des suddenly appears in his scum team list with no reason whatsoever. And there was no prior pushing of Des.

 

Des lists are horribad along with the clear lack of reason.

3)Doesn't mention why he thinks so

 

AJ, Krak, X all look good to Des? Rand is lock clear town? The opposite of mind meld.

4)Here, he says he has the opposite of mindmeld with Des.

 

And why the need to over justify des? You say tommy etc are lock clear and shouldn't be contested. Then you go on to give reasoning that has nothing to do with the main point for why they should be clear when you just said they didn't need to be cleared.

5)Here is the one time where he questions Des. Here, he says that Des said Tommy is lock clear and shouldn't be contested. Following that he asks Des, why he gave points for them to be clear. Des said here that Tommy should not be contested, he never said that they shouldn't be cleared. They are clear to him but why should that prohibit anyone for reading them differently? Weird.

 

Looking over his posts, these were the only times he mentioned Des. No other questioning of him and the one time, it was weird. And he has repeatedly come and said Des is scum without any reasoning. There were a lot of other posts were blatant statements with no reasoning behind them.   

 

Okay, point by point.

 

1) First I call out Des for having a narrative, using bad logic, and falling to confirmation bias.  X misreps and says I only called out Des for bad logic. 

2) Second X says I had no prior reasoning.  See point 1 where I had listed 3 reasons for not liking Des.

3) Who he found scum/town and why was bad, mostly because it was so far off from my read of the game and from anyone who I thought was town's read of the game.

4) This is a follow up to point 3, yet X pretends they are separate points.

5) X at least gets this sorta right even if he can't follow the logic.

So from the list of : Wombat, Arsis, Krak, Dice, AJ, X, Dawn, Yates, and Tommy we have the rest of the scum team.  Dice, Aj, Dawn are all lockbad.  Tommy and Arsis are mostly clear.
