I will say I originally LOCK CLEARed you about as fast as I did with Lenlo. I've gotten to be purdy good @ town hunting.

Dawn: why do you think RTE is scum in the first place? I don't get it. He sounds super genuine to me.

I thought he was scum because of all those "I'm town!" posts he made at the beginning, for no reason, that were similar to Cory's. Even though Cory ended up being town, acting like that is still scummy.

@ RTE - not defending Dawn i'm pointing out how hypocritcal it is for you to call someone inactive who you only have like 5 more posts then and how its yet another example of you sheeping your way onto yet another thread trend.

you seem to be making a habit of wagoning onto trends this game.

You also said you were suspicious of my timing on voting Cory, except I didn't read any of the thread except the first four pages -- I didn't know I was interrupting anything. RTE's post could very well be fully independent of what Cory was saying at the time.

To be blunt, I think your case is weak and is now outdated. I understand being suspicious of Dawn. I think she's town, but she's very conspicuous and doesn't make a lot of sense. Reminds me of someone ^_^

Read RTE's most recent 15 posts or so and let me know what you think.

all of these things were started by other players and then RTE took them up like they were a fashion statement.

i'm on page 48 right now in the middle and the poo slinging angst fest between Despo-RTE-Darthe and his defense is a null for me. it could be aggravated townie or scrambling scum.

what i do know is that his play all game as pinged prior to #FullDarthe and the claim especially pings. VT claim with no pressure is prime for a scum fake claim.

i'd rather lynch Despo, but thats no dice. i'd be happy with a wagon on Mynd, but again no dice. so between you and RTE, i'll chose the one that is in my Red zone.

First of all, I wanna puke at Tommy attacking anyone for not beliving when he SAYS he is town. Everyone will say they are town, it doesn't mean shit. So your frustration that people doesn't just take your word for it is either super-strange or scummy.

Awwwwww look Des is threatening to quit on this game if Tommy doesn't get lynched.

That's all I got out of that that was particularly useful.

Not a fan of Tommys play. This is just one example post. He is way more involved in not getting lynched than catching scum. Coupled with his reads-list that cleared everyone who was pressuring it's pretty clear Tommys win con is staying alive until his team have voting majority, not catching all scum.

This is probably one of the worst mafia games that I have knowledge of in a long time on this site. And this has nothing at all to do with the game setup or the mod. So many whiney cry baby players.

If you can't handle it don't play. Seriously. I have finally accepted that DM players are not accommodating at all to new players and most mafia games, if read by someone wanting to try a mafia game out, would not look attractive to them at all. Once I thought that we had a different philosophy but this is what it is now I guess. So if you can't deal, then just watch. Mod shouldn't have to modkill and replace because of theatrics ON DAY 1 OF THE GAME. And this from veteran players...

Making this about DM, and the whole mock-outrage seems fake. Not buying this one bit. And none the less, it's objective is to silence players. Not the way to go.

Anyway, to the onlookers: I hope you recognize the oozing desperation in Darthe and to some extent in Des. I don't care what their alignments are right now. Please continue to ignore them or just openly mock them if you want. They deserve the jeers.

Tommy has thrown caution to the wind in defending RTE. Pretty sold on them as scum-team now. RTE seems like the best choice, but could go for Tommy too. Not fan of the attack nor trying to get everyone else to ignore them.

@Darthe - I don't think that is enough to clear Piano (or Dap, or PP, or whatever) as CLEAR LOCKED or LOCKED CLEAR or CLEARLY LOCKED CLEAR. I was with you as leaning town up until the post you highlighted here. <---this is where I moved Piano down to Slightly Scummy motel. It reads at first like a casing, hence his "im typing this as i read" but it really looks to me as a snow-job way to unvote and backtrack off RTE. Why unvote if he still felt strongly about RTE being scummy, but so easily waivers because Lenlo questioned him?

at that point i deced to go back to catching up to anaylyze the player train and well get fully caught up with a game that, right now, has more teen angst in it than the twitard series.

If you are indeed town, perhaps we can Yin-Yang the game to draw out the scum; however, you are looking pretty "rachet" in your posts. You are fighting a battle where you cannot be 100% that you are fighting on the right side unless you already know who is town and who is scum.

I am not attacking you and I think you are among those here that understand that thinking you are scum is not thinking you are a terrible person; however, right now you are in my Scum Salad based on your posts and legitimately so. Ok, I am done with my read on Tommy now. Pretty sure I know where he stands at this point.

Player is in no way clear IMO, but I think for the best info and chance at nailing a scummy, we should go with either RTE or Tommy. Those TWO, I believe, are the best lynch candidates for D1. We have a strong chance of nailing a scum with either one and the info we get from them either way will only help the town.

Been burned by this before. When trains stall in a non-hammer game, its usually because we are onto a scummy. When competing trains stall, we might even have two scummies. I think we must lynch today. It's D1 and we need the info. A no lynch will just put us in the same place tomorrow.
