It's almost day. Two more people need to go shopping. 

The item Meeko, steals items and eats them yes? Well if you eat the apple you die. Thus if you buy and apple and never use it, it just sits in your inventory. Then when someone uses the Meeko they eat everything including your unused apple, thus killing them.

 

It makes Meeko to risky to use.

Yeah.  If anyone used it tonight they are unquestionably dead.  I also considered stacking the disappear items for late game but a meeko could screw that as well which is one of the reasons I was pushing for people to not use it.

The magic carpet thing.  A teammate could use it and protect them both while the other casts that.  It's one of the reasons I don't want anyone using a magic carpet tonight.  With all of these views flying around you essentially indefinitely make yourself WIFOM since that is such a viable strategy for the scum team.

Normally I make that argument myself but night is nearly over according to the mod and I couldn't change my actions earlier which means they can't either.  Pretty safe to state at this point.

That would depend on the # of mafia, unless they all carpet themselves away except for 1.  But another person holding the apple would then kill the mafia, right?  Isn't the best way for mafia to carpet the people holding apples to "remove" them from the game for that night?

Im not 100% sure on it myself. I know that if it forces them to do all that though then those are points they arnt using to kill/frame people so its still a win in my eyes.
