But that's not even the point here. That's simply not how I work. I don't think about how people would interpret what I'm saying. I don't take into account what people would "use against me". I don't read my posts, I don't make an effort to tailor them to look good.

Hi puppets!  Just a heads up you'll get in trouble around here for calling people things like retarded.  It isn't enough to get you banned unless you do it regularly but it is generally pretty frowned upon.  I wouldn't edit it without mod consent but keep it in mind.

Question Despo: you state Ackbar is a mod given fake claim. How would you know? I haven't read these books so follow up would be does he play any significant part in the story? Would you expect him to be part of this theme?

 

I didn't say I thought Ackbar would be a safe claim in this game. I said he was a safe claim given in the other recent star wars game, and that since character claims are allowed there are probably safe fake claims in this one as well, so character claims shouldn't be used to clear anyone.

Not trying to say that is a bad thing but I've noticed, especially in the early game, you forcibly take everything jokingly. Your reactions right now are part of that act and I'm calling them out as such. I'll take you seriously when you get serious.

 

Just wanna point out that Nol is good at AtEing it as scum, and that's what I have been picking up on in his lengthier posts. Also as town he defends himself like a rabid animal, doing a lot of the short posts he says he doesn't like when spammed. He's spacing out his defense much more this game, making me feel he's confirmed scum.

 

I don't think Nolder has an inability to process humor.  Maybe you just aren't as funny as you think you are?

I can rarely read Des (or anyone else) the first days. A made up case is still a made up case. 

 

I make up cases literally ALL THE TIME as town. Awful reasoning.

 

Pretty much, he always looks scummy.  The best way to pick him out is to frustrate him over time (also how to get him killed when you're mafia) or to overwhelm him early on so that he makes mistakes.

 

Lol I like how the strategies you give the thread for how to deal with me both have to do with the scum perspective when I'm town roflmao. Just scumclaim now and get this over with Darthe.

 

 

How is Csarmi obviously town - you can't be sure of anyone's alignment.

Ehm... show me any game here at DM where scum has started with a claim (lie detector proof) on day 1. And as other have pointed out, Csarmi usually plays more focused when he is scum.

Yeah but Des had dat town!passion, you know? It wasn't mechanical. Scum v Town is always logical & mechanical, at least from experience it usually is pretty heavy and Despot is a strong player but it's very hard to fake that effectively.
