5) Because you are maiting for someone to reply to an email / pm / message

7) Because you are trying to make yourself forget that you are meant to be doing something else

8) Because you are waiting for dinner to cook

9) because you are pretending to be very busy and important and making tapping noises on the keyboard

12) For an increased post count

13) Because you are waiting for someone to get ready, who said they were ready 10 minutes ago, but still haven't got their shoes on

20) because you are really bored in the film your friend bought round promising that it was really great, but then she had to go deal with another friend who was having an emergancy of some sort 15 minutes in, and you don't want to turn it off in case she comes back and she starts it from the beginning again

21) Because I'm trying to work out why we have two bottles or ironing water when I hardly ever iron, have lived without an ironing board for ten years (untill today) and am not entirely sure where the iron is
