Why should there not exist a role like "quilty child" or something similar? Why do you oblige me to seem to go up against the person LEAST likely to be mafia ?

Care to share where I've done that in this game? I am not a snarky poster. I'm generally quite flat in my postings and don't use emotive words.

Innocent Child Innocent Child Alias: none Alignment:

An Innocent Child is a player who is mod-confirmed as Town-aligned at the start of the game.

This interpretation of Innocent child, as well as its first variant below, is considered Normal on mafiascum.net.

Obviously, Innocent Child is always Town.

Variations

A common variant of this role gives the Innocent Child is not confirmed as Town-aligned until they send the moderator a PM telling them to do so. Thus, they can stay "undercover" until they need their innocence to be proven.

It is also feasible to have an Innocent Child that is automatically revealed by the moderator at a certain point in the game (i.e. "If you are alive on Day 5, the moderator will publicly confirm your alignment.")

Use and Power

The first version of Innocent Child is a confirmed innocent player. This is a reasonably strong informative result even if it does leave the player open to baiting the Night 1 scum kill (and/or the Night 1 Doctor protection...)

The second version of Innocent Child is somewhat comparable to the first version and Lynchproof. It opens the door for the player to gamble on when it should reveal its innocence, but if it lives to lategame it can topple an ailing scum team. It's certainly the stronger variant, at any rate.

The third version of Innocent Child is somewhere in between, as it is compulsive but does not work immediately. It is slightly stronger than the first version."

How about you stop interpreting my posts how you like them? I'm not being aggresive, and if you interpret them like that, well that's you. It's really not my problem if you don't like my playstyle; if it bothers you, don't sign up for games I'm in. Now I feel like you are borderlining on personal instults for my part, so how about you either go back to talking about the game, or leave it be.

I was expecting a bit more from Basel.. He seems to be just giving up while I think there haven't been that many votes on him. Thorum's play is just weird and he seems to be all over the place.

Really, Cloud? I've said all that I can say. How do you qualify that as me giving up? Ordinarily, I'd let everyone know who my character is, but I can't do that. So my hands are tied as far as defending myself. Really... tell me exactly where I am supposedly giving up. I dare you. I double dare you.

 

 

 

The bolded part of the following post gives me the impression that you are giving up. Why aren't you defending yourself against the cases that have been made against you? You don't have to rely on character claims you know. Aren't you defending yourself because you know that you can't beat the current case against you, or is it something else?

I gave my thoughts on why I suspect Des and Rory already. And since I can't give my character, I've pretty much said all I can say. I just don't want my death to be in vain.

And about the whole Berf and Despo thing.. I think that Despo has defended himself well enough, and quite frankly I think Berf's case has too many flaws.

You are claiming Roled Town - I don't believe Roled Town would play a risky play as you are claiming with your trap. It's that simple. There is no role I can think of (pro-town) that would be trying to cop a view/mafia attention whatever. Feel free to provide some examples.

 

And derisory tone noted. Why are you trying to discredit me? Fight the case, not my character.

 

You are saying that a townie with a PR would never play as risky as he does and lay traps, right? Well, I can think of several PR's that would benefit dying or being targeted by the mafia so this argument doesn't hold true at all. And like I said I found Despo's defense on your previous points solid.

Wombat #222, you can do better than that. Being suspiciously inactive is only very limited indication of mafia or town. If it lasts that could change of course.
