Theme Idea for a Mafia game if any mod is interested

Not sure if this fits here but we will see.

 

while playing Hunger games I thought that Cassandra Clare's Mortal Instrument series might be a good idea for a theme. Im just throwing this out there for any mod who might be interested cause god knows me modding would be a REALLY bad idea lol.

 

The series follows some Shadowhunters whose Mandate is to protect the world from demon types. and of course theres a big bad as they say in Buffy. My thinking is that it would lend itself to either an advanced or a basic setup.

I've been thinking about it Especially with the movie coming out now. I've read the first four MI and the two first CC. I really like her books! They're easy, relaxing reading that's still well written.

If anyone has read the Beautiful Creature series, it would also be a good one. There are mortals, light casters(good guys), and a whole slew of good guys ie dark casters, incubuses, vexes.

 

Like Dice, myself modding one would be a disaster. I could lend a few ideas to the setup and keep vote counts lol.

I've got a game that I would need a theme for.

 

I still haven't done the setting and the mechanics part, however, and I'm quite down on the modding queue, however. Also, I'm thinking about just running mine without a theme whatsoever.

well im glad to see this wasn't a stupid idea.

 

Csarmi I gotta say that  for me themes are better   it gets ppl excited before hand if its one of their favs and allows them to expect certain things because of the characters  which the mod can then use against them lol

I just wish I was more experienced at set-ups, I'd be all over this.

so hook up with someone who is good at set ups mish. Sounds like you might be perfect for this as you know the material and i always thinks thats a huge plus

 

 

Tigs I was soooo excited when City of Fallen angels came out. A book with Simon as  a driving force sounded awesome    and i like him and izzy being together   they are  a good pair

That'a the problem; finding someone to help me build it, because most people want to play, lol.

 

But I am claiming this theme though. It's almost two months until the movie comes out, so if I get into the que now it should be by turn well after the movie has come,so that those who want to have a chance to see it in the cinema.
