So you didn't find any part of Rand's reveal shakey? It read like he knew he was gunna be lynched and he pulled out Yuna and a role from the only revealed roles besides LD, he could be mafia tryin to bring out the real Yuna, after he fully clarified I backed off and jumped on Lenlo for his post saying no one would claim Yuna unless they were her then his following vote.

 

IMO..you backed off when you found it would be overly scummy not to. Both you and Andrew pinged hard in the same way. The character alone should have sufficed. I know if you were town you would have googled that character and saw it was a major player and too hard to fake claim. Jake..you are scum. Andrew probably too.

Wtf? You just reposted what Mynd said and not only is it extreme bogus to say that the character should have sufficed when he screwed up his reveal COMPLETELY (No offense to Rand, I know he doesn't know the FF game heh). He gave wrong indications of what his role was and there were people speculating if he was the cop or healer even after he stated what his role was. Why are you guys overlooking this?

OK, Mynd, now at L-3 I am definitely revealing. I am Yuna the summoner, I search for sin and every night I get an answer to whether or not someone is sinful or not.

Well, by your reasoning, all Jack needs to do is claim a good enough character and that will be proof enough for everyone. :)

 

I find it VERY hard to believe that three of the people we've all come closest to lynching ALL have more or less the same role, a role that seems very powerful for their to even be three in one game in the first place. Is this likely? Someone who hasn't been away from Mafia for over a year feel free to answer.

Are you talking about the Rand vote? Jack wasn't even first I don't think. Mynd was, ten minutes after I voted Rand making him L-1. Kinda quick, considering how messily the reveal was done and the holes that still remain in the explanation. Mynd also shifted his vote to Jack.

Until you get to the Macalania Woods, Yuna does more damage then any other character in the party with her summons. She's a damage dealer and a beast. Her Overdrives reflect this.

 

Aeris is useless at anything but healing and protecting. All of her Limit Breaks also reflect this.

I generally didn't use the summons 'cept for bosses. They got irritatingly repetitive.

I switched after Rand clarified exactly what he was claiming.

That ain't true. Aeons drop incredibly quickly and you get only one turn to fight multiple monsters. When you start on the sphere grid pretty much every skill of hers is White Magic and so a buff or a heal. No damage spell except Aeons and all I ever used them for was to charge up their overdrive for the boss so they could use it before they get one shot lol. Only time aeons started to get realllyy useful was after getting aeon soul and even then I just stacked their overdrives to kill bosses quickly.

I didn't use them even the, imo, the Aeons broke the game early on, far too easy to Overkill anything in one shot. And don't even get me started on the Magus Sisters...

 

With Yuna and her Aeons, you could easily kill off every member of the party, and she could beat the game solo. Granted, in X you can do that with anyone, but doing it with Yuna is by far the easiest. Well, Yuna and Rikku are the easiest.
