And would just like to say on my way out, that my slip up was most definitely not a lie, but a horrible act of laziness. And yes, laziness most certainly is a valid reason to lynch me, I just hate to have the liar tag thrown at me. I mean, c'mon I flipped town after all so why would I lie if I wasn't running a scum gambit? Just saying, I have no problems with you guys saying that I was in too big of a hurry to see a post right before mine, so I deserved what I got. But lying? So wasn't lying. Anyways, go team town, kick that scum butt.

Ive never been that good with mafia numbers but if we have 1/4 of the players mafia then we should have 3 left alive (i dont think the symp is included in that quarter)

so with 7 players left and ama having viewed 4 (3 if i am just imagining things)

all the unviewed people should be mafia if im not mistaken

 

so ama please correct me if im wrong but if you have viewed enough people then everyone you havent viewed are mafia so maybe you should reveal? But only if the numbers are right

As per my post below, Hybrid came back as innocent last night. I also have an innocent result on Amega - and my night one viewing was Jack as town, which due to his NK last night is a moot point now anyway.

based on the numbers I'd expect mafia to have 4 people

I seem to have caught a lot of heat because I didn't want to reread the thread but we're in an end game situation and I don't want it to be said that I didn't at least try to get you guys to vote right

And nolder, if you join a game, you have to be willing to play. That means reading the beginning and looking for clues, etc., not just beginning from where you start. Are you honestly telling me that you wouldn't think it was scummy if someone else joined a game that you've been in since the beginning and said they just weren't going to read the first 20 something pages?

 

I don't really think a mass reveal is a good idea. Idk if I ever think it's a good idea. We did that in Alanna's Seanchan game and it just lead to the cult (the mafia in that game) picking us off. If everyone wants to reveal though, I will.

most mafia games are riddled with pages worth of useless posts

especially during day 1

and even "combing" for clues in posts with actual content gets rather tiring if you do it for too long

perhaps I just have a low tolerance for that kind of thing but I did not want to reread 20 something pages worth of material

I hadn't intended on joining this game in the first place really so I don't feel too terrible about the effort I've put in thus far

you guys have my attention, but it's not my full attention I will admit

 

on the flip side if I hadn't joined you'd just have had a townie get modkilled awhile ago

though perhaps that would have been preferable if you really consider me that scummy simply for admitting I don't want to blindly reread hundreds of posts

Well honestly, yeah, I find it somewhat scummy because mafia doesn't have to read - they already know who is a townie and who isn't.

 

I don't think you admitting that you didn't want to read the pages is enough of a reason discount you being scum. I've seen mafia members be a lot more out there and drawing attention to themselves.
