I just became a member. I am 17 years old. I haven't been reading the series for long. I have just finished The Great Hunt. I can say now that Robert Jordan is by far my favorite author. He just writes so well. I hope I will enjoy the rest of the series. I am here to say hello.

hope you are enjoying your stay. i believe the official greeters may be on a seminar. i don't doubt they will be here to properly greet you soon, and to introduce you to the very many ways to enjoy yourself on dragonmount. in the meantime, just randomly check out forums and podcasts and news, and take a peek at RJ's blog, which is a true historical treasure.

 

you might want to check out the social groups and role playing groups farther down the page for more and different human interaction.

 

you will be welcome wherever you go, and if you have any questions, just ask, and they will be answered. or at least argued over for a long time.

Hey Arphaxad, welcome to Dragonmount! You're going to love the rest of the series, a book or two can seem slow but if you push through that you have amazing things to read at the end! My favorite of them all so far is The Gathering Storm. If you have any questions, need some help or just want to chat feel free to pm me, I can help. Be careful in the book discussion forums though so you don't spoil yourself on the amazing things you've yet to get to in the series. Feel free to join one or two of the Social Organizations to get to know other Wheel of Time fans and make some friends, I know you'll have a great time! I'd also suggest trying out Mafia, it's a super fun game that has it's own forum dedicated to it! Have fun and I hope I see you around!

RJ is my favourite author of all time too - and i have read a lot of books LOL I hope you enjoy your time here at DM as much as the rest of us addicts do LOL
