I don't have any real way to help with my depression except the anti-depressants. I sometimes go for walks and it helps it. But I've not found anything else to help yet - 16 months.

Sometimes I get a little depressed when I try to sleep. Thinking of how pointless everything is if I'm going to bloody die in the end anyway. Will I atleast have some kind of legacy to live on through?! Kids, music, art, work, anything? I hope I will, until then, chill on!
