Heh, tell me about it--one of the biggest reasons falling asleep is a struggle for me is that I can't turn my brain off--as in, I keep thinking...and thinking...and thinking...can't stop...keep thinking.... The nightly melatonin helps, at least. Still, think too much...

I gave up on my schoolwork, my siblings were being too noisy and too rude. And of course, now that I gave up, they're being quiet again. FML.

Seriously, though, I have way low tolerance for so much sensory input. The website I was having to look at already pushed my limits, with 5 things to read at once flashing around and a new looped audio track with every page I clicked, plus flashing pictures...and then the boys yelling and making noises and running around pounding the floor and just everything was too much, I flipped out. Couldn't handle it anymore. Shut down after I screamed for a few seconds to release the tension in my head.
