What sort of dancing/music was it? We hada ceilidh band who alternated between playing ceilidh songs for dances (which are quite formal, partner dances) and a few different tunes after the strenuous dances (Strip The Willow ftw)

Think I'd prefer ceilidh dancing, I'm good at that (when I remember all the steps anyway ) but that's the limit for me

Well everyone turned up somewhere after 7ish and we were supposed to have the year photos done beforehand and outside, but it was raining and the photographer was late so we all milled about inside for a while, sat at the tables and the band played a few tunes. Eventually we got the photos done and then it was a slideshow on a projector thing of loads of different photos of everyone from across our whole time at school. It was nice, some really good memories and a few funny ones too. Then the buffet was open so we all got stuck into that and afterward the ceilidh properly started, as I said before dances interspersed with some tunes. That went on for a while until it was time to leave and most people headed for the afterparty, which was fairly chaotic as it took place in a field . I went for a few hours before heading home, some people will have been there till 8 or 9 in the morning though
