Rashi, Grimm and I actually rped when his character was Accepted and Mimi was just a novice. So a lil bit ago *g*. Furthermore, the three of us should totally start up a string when you get done with finals.

I'm down if you both are, although i'm not sure the Blue and Green have a particularly good relationship, so that could be a bit weird. I KNOW the Yellow/Green politic isn't good. *laughs* But it would still be fun. *laughs*

I'm totally down for a new thread. Heck, I could bring in my Dedicated character. I've been looking for an interdiv for him for a while, anyway. lol.

 

As to what happened to your ear, I believe it was an infection of some kind.

I have no idea where Tower politics stand right now. Greens and Browns have never gotten on (Karana was our Siuan, and Lanfir our Elaida a bit); it was the equivalent of the Blue/Red split from the books in many, many, many ways. Browns and Blues were fairly allied, though that could've drifted... probably HAS drifted. I know that it would come up on the back-end here and again and like... the Ajah heads would agree on this and that, and then it would never make it to the website or anything. *laughs* I'm sure someone can figure it out. Anyways, the historical basis was that the Greens, upon Lanfir's ascension, were supposed to take an Aes Sedai of the Blues as her Keeper. She shat on that arrangement and picked her girlfriend from her own Ajah instead, and yeah... that sort of thing didn't sit too well. :)

 

And yes, Rae is fine.. Ray isn't; I had to gently swot one of the Greens on t'other side of the site a few years back for insisting on using that as the short form for some time. Last I checked... not a bloke. Didn't like it when my great-grandfather called me a boy's name (a practice he upheld until my mother finally provided a great-grandson), and definitely am not tolerant of it from other folk. ;) Thankfully, the combination of not being staff anymore, and a built-in ignore mod means I can just shove people onto that list and not deal with them now if they want to be a nuisance - job done!

 

And thankees Grimm, I like to think I heal up fairly quick too. 'Cept for the sinuses - those are teh suck. <3

Thanks for the catch up Rae! Although sometimes it feels like longer, I basically just got here and didn't know any of that heh.

 

Grimm, we could definitely do an interdiv with your Dedicated.

 

Rashi, I have a Yellow as well as a Blue, so I could rp as Carys if you want things to get really out of hand heh. Though Mimi (the Blue) is rarely at the Tower so I don't know how much she'd know/care anyway...

Em, Rae, and Grimm *ggls* Here's all I could find about recent political alliances within the Ajahs.

 

Blues are allied with the Browns and Yellows

Grays and the Reds who are both now tight allies

The Greens have joined the Red/Gray alliance.

The White remain neutral and throw their lot with whoever they support from moment to moment but more often than not that has been the Brown, Blue, & Yellow alliance...

 

Although there is mention of the Blues being upset with the Greens over the incident that Rae mentioned. I also remember Jade, former Green Ajah head, telling me awhile back that the Yellows and Greens were allied because "greens fight and Yellows heal you need one and the other to be friendly to get through a battle." I'm quoting her there. *laughs* Anywho hope that helps with the politics.

 

I don't honestly care which character you use Em, Rasheta is not much of a traditionalist as she despises the Red Ajah and Greens and Reds are currently friendly at least in the Hall. LOL Rasheta also isn't too political. She just doesn't care that much. *laughs* Grimm hopefully we can come up with something to get you an interdiv Rp. :) My last final is Tues morning if it helps. *laughs*

 

Rae...someone tried to call you Ray????? *falls over laughing* I can't believe that! People are crazy. Although I have to laugh about you ignore statement. Its good for many things that. ;) Wish I could use it sometimes but as I AM staff that's not an option. Sad sometimes. *ggls*

Also, I care even less than Rash about the internecine politics of the White Tower. *High fives Rash* Glad the Asha'man haven't tried to do the specialization thing. Rash will probably try to say we're all Greens in the Black Tower, anyway.
