Nominate Your Best Drummers for the Band's Dream Band!!!

Recommended Posts

The Band of the Red Hand returns to its quest of picking its Dream band after a break. As a recap, our Dream Band currently consists of the following members:

Carlos Santana as the guitarist

Geddy Lee as the bass player

Within Temptation's Sharon den Adel as the Female Vocalist

Queen's Freddie Mercury as the Male Vocalist

Now our focus shifts to the world of drummers. This thread allows you to nominate your drummers to go into the "It's A Knockout" contest to win the slot in the Band of the Red Hand's Dream Band. And below is what you need to do!

Between now and THURSDAY 15TH JULY 2010, nominate the drummers you want to see try and take that spot. Follow the simple proforma below to get a nomination in. Name your drummer, explain why you have nominated them, and provide a YouTube clip (or similar) of their skill.

Drummer's Name:
Reason for Nomination:
YouTube (or similar link):

You can nominate more than one drummer. Any nomination that is seconded, i.e. Krak suggests Drummer X and Corki agrees with the nomination, automatically qualifies for a place in the "It's A Knockout" contest. Otherwise, it will be done on a first come, first served basis. If there are any gaps at the end of the nomination period, I will fill in the gaps.

PLEASE NOTE: I am looking for a minimum of 8 nominations, and a maximum of 16.

If you have any questions, please post them in this thread.

Only two nominations? I am hoping to see some more by the time I get back on Wednesday from work as I am making one FINAL extension. I have the "It's A Knockout" thread all prepared (apart from nominations) in the Senior Staff board, and will move it across on Wednesday. We will be moving at a fast pace to get everything finished in early August, so keep watching!

And here is a link to give you some inspiration for names, and where I will be drawing names from to make up the final 16.
