As many of you know I am studying law. I have a paper on anti-female rights laws towards women. I would like to show a vast understanding, and I need some really derogatory laws from other countries then the US.

Well start in some parts of the middle east.  Now this is of course what YOU concider derogatory...if anything.  I would try to term it as "semingly non-female rights by USA law". That way you leave some room so you dont accidently offend a persons culture, religeon, way of life, etc. Well at least less likly too lol.

The law gives a husband the right to withdraw basic maintenance from his wife, including food, if she refuses to obey his sexual demands. It grants guardianship of children exclusively to their fathers and grandfathers. It requires women to get permission from their husbands to work. It also effectively allows a rapist to avoid prosecution by paying "blood money" to a girl who was injured when he raped her.

I guess that's why I've always been able to sympathize

with those "Two Rivers folks" because, where I'm from, if

us men found out that another male did something like that

....we would give him the beating of his life.

 

We have a very peaceful town due to that fact. Mess with

Yea Amadine some places are still fairly bad about wemens rights.  Mind you here in the US female rights have only been around sense late 60's on..sooo only 50 years.
