Jeannaisais
CHEREPAKHA TURTLE SALAD Ingredients: 2 cans of sardines 3 eggs 1 small onion 1 cup of a soft, white cheese mayonnaise Method: Mash the sardines with a fork and spread along the bottom of a pie dish. Hard boil the eggs. Separate the egg white from the yolks, mash the egg whites and mix with the diced onion. Place this mixture on top of the sardines. Grate the cheese and spread along the top and sides. Spread mayonnaise over the the cheese covering as if icing a cake. Mash the egg yolks and sprinkle to cover the mayonnaise. Chill and serve. Krakalakachkn
Now, I have no problem eating unusual foods, Cow Stomach Soup being probably the weirdest thing I've ever eaten. However, I was out when I saw that sardines were involved. Also, the idea of mayo as icing only disgusts me further. No way I would eat this. Talya
I don't like Mayo, unless it is garlic mayo as a dip. So this is a no for me!

Samuraiflip05
As long as they were oil sardines and not mustard sardines, I think it would be.....interesting. :D
dumont76
Not a chance...even if I needed to sick up for some reason, I'd rather suffer than try this method...*chuckles*
F Horn of Valere
I would try it, though I would be skeptical of the mayo layer.
Corki
I'd give it a go. I am not the greatest fan of sardines, but I think I could get over it...just... And the word "turtle" really threw me! lol!
F Horn of Valere
In rethinking it, I think I would also need to see it first... lol
