Ok.. maybe not sparing... Don't worry the blade is dull it shouldn't be able to cut you.

*Puts sword inbetween his belt*

Ok, first off we aren't fencing, you won't be able to move that much weight around with just one hand effectively. Here, grip the sword as low on the pommel as you can to give yourself more leverage to swing it quicker. Now widen your stance and put your dominant foot slightly back, yes, just like that. Get your balance on the balls of your feet your going to need to move quickly. Now lets go through the following forms just copy me...

Boar Rushes Down the Mountain

Cat Crosses The Courtyard

The Creeper Embraces

The Courtier Taps His Fan

Dove Takes Flight

Eel Among The Lily Pads

Emptiness

The Falcon Stoops

Folding The Air

The Hummingbird Kisses The Honeyrose

Kingfisher Circles The Pond

Leaf On The Breeze

Leopard's Caress

Lightning of Three Prongs

The Lion Springs

Lizard In The Thornbush

The Moon Rises Over The Lakes

Parting The Silk

Plucking The Low-Hanging Apple

Rain In High Wind

Reaping The Barley

The Red Hawk Takes A Dove

River of Light

Sheathe The Sword

Stones Falling From The Cliff

The Swallow Takes Flight

Threading The Needle

Two Hares Leaping

Unfolding the Fan

Whirlwind on the Mountain

The Wind Blows Over The Wall

The Wood Grouse Dances

We will start bright and early tomorrow, I'll have to figure out such a thing will work but I'm sure it can.
