Mario RPG! WOO! Of those games, I've played MW2, Uncharted 2, Mario RPG, Shadow Complex, some SF4 and a bit of Chinatown Wars. Overall, the game awards look right.

Still say Demon's Souls > Mario on the RPG front.

 

Still say theres other 'shooters' out there that were released this year that kicked MW2's ass, at least for the whole 'pc taking the shaft' in multiplayer aspect of MW2...

 

Platformer handheld games, I'm suprised Prinny I want to be a hero wasn't nominated for anything.

 

Course, most of the wins were similar to that of the SPike TV VMA's.

Only differences are in the rpg parts..

Mario is overused, and should hae died off after the 600th game.

Demon's Souls actually brings something NEW to the RPG world.

 

At least Dragon Age Origins didn't win it, like it did on the Spike TV VGAs.
