That's true, Nae. *nods thoughtfully*  I mean, it seems inherent that we're back, because how else do we get the kit to the rest of the group, but he didn't actually say.

 

However, it's Night Phase now, so I don't know...  It does seem like we're back now, though.

You see the lights flashing from a mile away. Heat dances over the pavement, distorting the lights, making the image of the car waver and curve. You relaize that part of the effect is because the car is moving so fast and then you hear the sirens and the horns. Something has happened.

 

In a matter of seconds the truck crosses the tarmac and screeches to a hlat. All three volunteers jump out and Nae waves a white bag over her head. It has a large red cross on it.

 

"Found one! It's one of the last testing kits from the hospital!"

 

You now have a medical testing kit. Majority vote one person by voting in lime green, nad the kit will tell you if they are a zombie without killing them.

I believe that there's a role in every location, but I don't know for sure.  I double-checked DPR's first post, and it implies that there will be at least one role found on each mission, so I guess Pac (I think it was him) has a role, if you're not lying, Nae.

 

The other possibility that I've considered, briefly, is that instead of a role we just found the kit, but it's doubtful, from my understanding.

Are you sure about each mission resulting in a role being given Meesh?  If so, one of you 2 is lying and I can't think of why?  ???

Also, if the green vote is one time usage, i urge everyone not to use the green vote for another day or two, until it's really valuable (like say someone gets finder). As Nae said, JVOR's role might be valuable, but he already admitted to not putting in his night action last time, and now there's no sign of him again. I'm very nearing the point of wanting to just blue lynching him..

I suppose it's possible, and it makes sense.  You sound so certain, though, and that makes me wonder why?

Well if I do wind up with a role I don't plan on talking about it unless absolutely necessary.  I read the intro again and it sounds as if 1 role is typically assigned but depending on the combination of vehicle, weapon, location up to 3 can be given out.

 

I don't see the point in volunteering which one of us, if any, has a role.  Leave scum and cult guessing!

Im definately in agreement with this.  JVOR's absence is starting to really be of concern. He is usually very involved and very analytical in these game.  He's hiding for a reason. unvote JVORfor the med kit thing, I may have already, not sure.

Now JVOR has not posted at all.

 

It makes me wonder if Arsis was recruited as a zombie then mod killed for posting. he probably thought the smiley would be a good work around and DPR killed his ass for trying to circumvent the rules.

 

I would be willing to bet zombies can only post at certain times possibly missing an entire day or 2 (meaning 24 to 48 hours real time) or an entire day night cycle.

 

This would explain JVOR's dissapearance.

From everything I've read, and I'll admit I've been half out-of-it today because I was reading from my phone and also babysitting at the same time, it seems like JVOR hasn't been behaving normally.

 

This seems like a widely agreed-upon statement, no?

 

He's been lurking here, while posting in other places, proving that his inactivity here is from choice rather than circumstance.  And from what people have said, and from my observations of the beginning of the game, he is not one to lurk and avoid posting like this.  He seemed pretty active in the beginning, and now he's gone.  He came back to make a claim about a role, and then disappeared again.

 

If I remember everything (I don't have the time to go back and search the thread), there seems to be some doubt as to whether he's being truthful about his supposed Lie-detector role.  Because Kivam got the Neighbor role (right?), and Pallet claims no role (which could obviously be a lie, of course), but SOMEONE got a killing role.  If Pallet is telling the truth, then the only person who could've picked up the killing role is JVOR, right?

Now, Pallet could be lying, of course; getting a killing role is no reason to start lurking and avoiding the thread, so that alone isn't a good case against JVOR.  However, if JVOR is lying, that right there is enough to create much suspicion.

 

As far as the Cult goes, JVOR could very well have been zombified and given a PR, which would contribute significantly to his desire to avoid posting here.

 

I believe the last argument against JVOR is that even if he is telling the truth about his lie detector role, he has been lurking and not posting, even after he apologized for missing the deadline the first time.  So what good does he do us anyway, if he's not going to be here to use his supposed role?

 

 

I understand that these aren't ORIGINAL arguments; but this is what has been brought up, and I agree with pretty much all of it.  I agree that he's not behaving normally, and that is very suspicious, however innocent the reality may be.

He's also our best lead, for now, and we can get information from his death, whether he's a zombie or not.

I really think that we should be sure it's not a one-shot thing before we just start throwing it around.  And from what it sounds like, I believe it IS a one-shot use, so I agree with whoever said that we should wait to use it when Zombie recruitment is more likely to have happened, and we're likely to actually catch someone.

Okay, now my response to this.

 

It's possible that this is a PR, but really, DPR said the post restrictions would be subtle, and that kind of PR just isn't subtle at all, is it?

 

I mean, we've very much noticed JVOR's absence here.  If he were to post, maybe he would find a way to hide a PR, if he tried to, because it's a subtle thing.  But not posting, because of rules from the Mod, does not seem subtle at all.
