Ok, my first poem is called Spring's Breath. :D

 

Each Season has its Breath

Summer, Winter, Spring, and Autumn

 

Summer's hot Breath, Winter's cold Breath

Autumn's light Breath, and Spring's musky Breath.

 

With Spring's Breath

the flowers bloom, the buds open,

 

the animals awake, and life begins anew.

But what can be better than the Breath of the Friend?

My next poem is called The Dawn's Song :)

 

Rejoice and feel the morning Sun,

feel the morning wind, feel the thriving life

 

all around you. Listen to the birds' morning songs,

listen to the stones singing, listen to the trees singing,

 

rejoicing together for the Friend.

As the day turns into night and then into day,

 

as the stones and mountains wait their paitent silence,

as the trees glide through time, and the animals,

 

all singing together since the Dawn of Creation

for the Friend.

This one is called The Arrow of Truth. :)

 

In our hearts, two Spirits grow,

fed in turn by our actions.

 

With Truth the good Spirit grows

With Lies the bad Spirit grows

 

forever warring in our conscience.

We are unaware,

 

But it is there. If only we knew.

Yet the Arrow of Truth always flies true.

This poem is called Night Journey.

 

Night, the stars and moon shining

bright, overhead. Silence.

The Beloved in his bed,

The Angel comes down.

 

Takes the Beloved's heart,

in golden basin, cleansed,

with wisdom and patience.

 

Then, Buraq, the lightning Steed,

takes the Beloved

on his night journey.

 

First to Isra, to the furthest mosque.

Then to Miraj, the journey to Heaven's Supreme.

 

There, meeting the others, he prays.

Given His decree,

The Beloved returns.
