Their tea maybe. Seriously, these Randland ppl do not know how to drink it without alcohol. Also would like to try Coin peppers and some of that Waste snake together. Still, RJ had nothing on JK when it came to describing food. Hogwarts at Christmas time had me glaring at my mom for not making her own food more magical.

If you want to try and make WoT food yourself look up early 18th century recipes (any country) and go to town.

I'm sure the local pet stores could sell you whatever kind of snake you need for Aiel cusine.

The description of Rand's first encounter with Carheinin food always made me think of Kung Poa Chicken. Good stuff. And Mistress al'Vere's honeycakes from book one, they sound tasty.

I'm guessing the fashionably the girl ate in (was it tanchio?) with the stick was Chinese food. There's nothing special about it. I just like Chinese food.
