Red Ajah banner on the off-site - need urgent input please

It has been pointed out that all the women in the Ajah banners are pale/white, and only the Black Ajah one seems to be of darker persuasion. This can be misinterpreted, and I agree.

 

This is our current one:

 

 

Would you mind if the pic of the woman was swopped for the current BA one:

 

 

(i would suggest that the clothes and earrings be changed from purple to red)

 

or we could ask someone to do a totally different one, which would still depict someone of a darker skin tone.
