Honestly that is what I was thinking too, so we should maybe go for jelly's pick of dragon tommorrow to test the theory and see what happens. Hmm...now i need to think some more.

If Jelly got Dragon as mafia, then I'll view Jelly and see what I get.  Somebody view me, Hybrid, and Catina etc.  I would assume Danya is innocent if she survived a NK attempt.

I viewed Verbal Night 1 and got innocent, so I'm not paranoid.  I sent in a view of Jelly for Night 2.  We can correlate the results, or I can change my viewing choice if it's not too late.

"Hello, my name is Walter Kovacs and I'm a Finder too..." says Hybrid after standing up, sheepishly casting his eyes at the floor.

 

"Hello, Walter" replies everyone, smiling up at him. 

 

"It's been almost 24 hours since I had my last finding," confesses Hybrid, "I started out just being suspicious of people, but I couldn't help myself....I just started FINDING people.  My postman, my third grade teacher, the neighbor's cat, and I always got a read on weather they were innocent or mafia..."

 

"Folks," smiles Jelly, "let's all thank Hybrid for sharing with us tonight.  Now, I want each of us to practice our Findr mantras and......um....." Jelly grabs her noggin.

 

"Are you ok, Jelly?" askes a concerned Tigara.

 

"Yeah," asks Dragon, "do you need some tea?"

 

"I....I'm alright, I just...."groans Jelly, "I....UUGGGGHHHAAAAHHHH!!!!" Suddenly, sweat begins to pour down Jellys forheads and then her body begins to dissolve.  Frantically, everyone stands around her, unsure what to do until there is nothing left.  Panic streaks the faces of the players who remain and the silence is not broken until the faint sound of a morning rooster in the distance, as the sun slowly rises on the New York skyline.

It is now Day 3 which will conclude by Tuesday 11pm Eastern Standard Time or when a majority lynch has been reached.  With 7 players remaining, it will take 4 votes to reach a majority vote. Failure to reach a majority vote will result in no players being lynched.

Well, I'm pretty sure that I am a normal finder.  My read on Jelly was innocent.  Too late, I guess.

 

The body dissolving is a little scary.  Perhaps there is a Dr. Manhattan out there?

Jelly was innocent for me, as well. Hmmmm, this is very interesting. Danya's pinging my radar mainly because she ISN'T a finder. She claims to be a healer.

I'msuspicious cause I'm NOT oneof the fiftyhundred Finders of the game?  ??? To be honest, starting to claim being Finder now would be a good hideout for evilness! You can all find me tomorrow night, I wont mind. Now I just have to find out who to Protect tomorrow night.

 

Yes, I claimed Healer with very little provocation, everyone else claimed Finder with very little provocation. Hey Hybrid, you're suspicious, you claimed Finder early with veyr little provocation..

You DO have a point Danya.  However, Mynd's first post on this is that this game is a re-creation of Watchmen.  So anything that our characters were does not necessarily mean they are that way in this game.  Foe example, Dr. Manhattan

So I think it's safe to say that our characters might not help much, but I do have some info in my PM.  I'm a Finder, but I only get role, not alignment.  So I can team up with an "alignment" Finder and we can totally identify a player.  Of course, as Danya suggested, I or anybody else could be paranoid, naive, or crazy, so who knows.

 

I sent my view on Jelly and got back that she was a "Finder" and that's it.  :-\  Here's my info:

Yeah, Verb, but that could go for any of the players then imo. I havenoclue who the Watchmen even is, never heard about it before this game.

 

I suggest we wait to lynch the possible healer, which would be me, until I canbe viewed by a finder or two. Can we really afford to lose one without even a Findering of a revealed player?

like Danya said, a good plce for evil to hide. It always proves to be a playground for mafia when folks start revealing their roles so early. They get to muddy the water with false roles, while they are the only ones who really know whats going on. Great idea revealing so soon everybody.  ;D

there may be something to everyone being a finder.  i viewed tigara the first night and jelly the second night and got innocent both times.  we played a game once in youth group where everyone was a finder but only two of them were normal.  one always read mafia, one always read innocent and one read the opposite of the truth.  i wonder if that is what we have here?  did anyone get a mafia read last night?

 

so the only people who say they are not finders are danya and dragon.  jelly did say the thought dragon was mafia and now shes dead so we cant know for sure. why should we not vote you dragon?

I thought initially that the names might be useful, if the only characters present were the main characters of Watchmen.  But Catina's name proves that false (Captain Metropolis was only present in flashbacks in Watchmen, IIRC).

Your unique mask also has an added property, your mask is a Alignment Mimic.  Anyone targeting you will actually get a read on the player that you target for your finding.  This could be an advantage or a hindrance, depending on how you use it.

Yeah, thats what I'm saying! Crazy, paranoid etc. I'm glad I'm not the only one mentioning this as a possibility, cause with as many "finders" as we have now, we should be careful, and vote based on alittle more than just reveals.
