But yeah... she's grown on me so much i started to see her as a daughter of mine. She also fell in love a few months ago (shocker to me) and much to the surprise of the person playing her love interest now, the feeling was mutual. When i get into her mindset, i can almost feel the love, which is kind of weird. In a good way, mind you.

 

Anyway, starting to drift off topic, but yeah... I guess anamul feels the same about his characters, just in a different way. This is not a problem, mind you, as long as you are still able to switch back to being you, and keep a separate portion of your brain for your characters to live in so they can jump in when you need them ^_^

 

Yeah, you are right.For me it goes to such degree that I can't separate the character from the face I given it. So as I fall in love with Aviendha or Kahlan, that means I fall in love with the face I gave them. She becomes her.My respect and love for the fictional character like Aviendha dominate my feeling towards that face. So it doesn't matter who she is or how distant she is, I fall in deeply.

 

Strong mind, who has more control on his/her mind, can pull out and again reach when they need them. For me, I was born in an unhappy family(Parents had a pre-arranged marriage, neither of them love each other, the very concept is allien to them, being born in a conservative family didn't help the matter either). I grew up in a very insecure environment. Thats what drove me towards fiction in the first place.Thats why my control is so fragile.

First of all, in the wake of the recent Oscar scene, I'm stunned that nobody has put forward Ellen Page as Egwene. Now there's a girl who don't take no crap from nobody!

 

Furthermore, I say thee Crispin Glover as Ishamael. The man is just creepy.

i have a part planned for my parody that involves porn, rand totally mesmerized, and Ishamael standing behind him with a hand on his chin and nodding in a very pleased way at what is going on in the screen
