Mistborn (Ack! Non-evil topic! Kill it!)

So after hearing that Brandon Sanderson is finishing the WoT series, I went out and got one of his books.  He apparently lives semi local to me, maybe a 1 hour drive away.  So in my search for one of his books, I found an autographed copy of Mistborn.

 

And I read it.  And I am happy to say that I really enjoyed his book.  It put my fears to ease.  He doesn't go into as much descriptive details, but he had an interesting array of characters, and a nicely paced story line. 

 

I was wondering if anyone else here as read any of his stuff also?

I might go pick up a couple of his books over the chrismas break.  It is either that or play WoW. 

 

I want to read more of his books on his own merit.  Not because he is going to finish the WoT, but because Mistborn was good enough that I want to read more of his work.

i'm not reading anything atm.  haven't found anything and i don't want to spend money.  I've got to bet my feet down to the library and look for some books of a series a friend lent me that i didn't get to read

And I haven't read any of Sanderson's stuff, actually, I haven't read any fantasy lately.

I'm kinda shifting away from the genre, the only ones I've read in a long time are WoT and aSoIaF.

And the second one is damn good writing.
