Current Vote Count:

Danya ( 7 ) - Dsage, Kryos, Leelou, Ilgross, False Dragon, bcxanth, FDM

* bcxanth could be viewed as voting for Alrighty. Interesting....

* Toy & Minion can only count as one vote if they come back.

Don't vote for me. Oh no, crosses burn. But seriously, I have no problem with that whatsoever. Once Danya is checked out, I'll vote myself to help you along Alys.

Wow, you weren't kidding when you said it moves fast! OK [glow=red,2,300]Danya[/glow] first. Then I'll line up with the rest of the villagers to be tested (behind leelou and Kryos I guess).

Don't we have to wait to see if Danya's a vamp?  :)

I have a question. Does a villager have the choice of not turning if the Master picks them? :-\

innocents don't die. only vamps. that means that since she hasn't had a chance to interact, we would not know anymore than that she was innocent or dead... is there a good reason to not move on?

i selected kryos because it seemed to me that he tried to shift attention elsewhere earlier. *shrugs* best guess i have for now.

:) Put like that I guess not. Leelou asked before Kryos, but nothing says we have to go by that. So sure we can test Kryos next.

The group moves into action quickly, choosing Danya. She is surrounded by all, and then Dsage holds the cross up to her. It begins to glow. She has not spoken since the night began, nor does she break her silence now.

She is fine and Just stares at the cross. A furrow forms between her eyes like she is concentrating and it looks like a shadow has fallen across her face. But it's not a shadow. A wisp of smoke curls up from the spot closest to the cross and she let's go with an unholy scream that turns into a howl. Her eyes glow red and shine with malice before she is consumed by a fireball and then implodes into ash.

Danya, a vampire, is dead.

With 14 Villagers, it takes 8 to majority vote.

For now, votes will not count until after each "crossing" has been confirmed. If I run into a situation where I am going to be offline for a while, I'll do what we did before, but I'll announce it.

What luck on the first vote!

And if the master picks you, you have no choice but to become a vampire. Muwhahaha!

As the body of Danya is destroyed, a blinding light flashes and settles over DSage.  The process is much more painful than the previous.  His eyes roll back and he falls to his knees.  He can no longer support his lower jaw as if falls, opening his mouth as a black and white beam burst from the heavens and enter his mouth.  With another blinding flash it is over.  DSage lies five feet away, blasted back from the aftershock.  Toy and Minion have returned with the death of Danya.  Minion quickly takes over, so as not to let Toy diminish their reputation with his overwhelming sadness.

"We got one.  Good.  Let us move on now.  Who is next?

Doh!  Wes, I never even realized I glowed teh wrong word in my post.  Wow.

And wow again on getting a vamp with the first try. That's two games in a row.  Sorry Danya!  See, feeling guilty again. :(

Ok ok, focus.  Well, since it's already started, I'll go ahead and go for [glow=red,2,300]DSage[/glow].

Then again, I could be and Danya just had other things going on and just want to make myself look good so people didn't vote me and know that the Master Vampire can replenish the supply lines of vampires without too much effort, but yeah, that is a stretch isn't it?

ilgross, if it's at all like previous games, the Master turns someone every 24 hours from the start of the game.

Granted, if we're lucky, Danya was the Master.  But we won't know for sure until we off two more.

SO basically this game is just a test of how often we can get ourselves online, to vote for someone, working against the vamps trying to slow us down by targetting known innocents?

I believe it was I who started the bandwagon on Danya.

What pure luck, eh?

To speed things along, [glow=red,2,300]DSage[/glow].

The less time we take in checking people, the better off we are.  But that means more activity and more voting!  It doesn't really matter who, as long as we keep track of who's been checked and have a rough estimate of when the Master recruits someone so we can go back to them if need be.
