[MUSIC] What MP3/CD Player/Stereo/Music System do you have?

Everyone must have some sort of device to play their music. I'd be surprised if they didn't! So, what devices (like MP3 player, CD player, stereo or msuic system) do you have?

I've recently purchased the 6th generation 80Mb Black iPod Video...and loving it! The only downside is the transfer of music, which is slow...but that is probably me and my old laptop!

In my room in the house I rent in London, I have my CD player, which I got in the summer of 2003. It is a Sony, but I can't remember the model number now! I'll have a look and see if I can find it! I also have some speakers connected to the CD player to make a mini sound system. It is very reliable, and I wouldn't want to change it for a new CD player!

In my room in Wales, I have an Aiwa stereo. I can't find a model number, but it has a sub woofer, and access to FM, MW and LW (ideal for the cricket in the summer  ;D) radio. The stereo is getting on now, but it is very reliable.

So what music systems do you have? Any you think are fantastic? Any that are terrible and should be avoided at all costs?

Pssst Corki... is this where I get to boast about my new computer???  ;D 8) hehe

Ok so I just got a new pc which has in built speakers... a joy for me... it also has seperate speakers attached as well as my headphones... so now there's never a time when I can't listen to music online.

I also recently got a new Prolectrix MP3 player in black, its only 2GB but that's ample for my needs and I like being able to wander round the house listening even when the TV is on. :D Yeayyy Its also great to transfer music between the two and to be able to use it as extra hard disk space.

Umm, I have a small CD player which tends to get hijacked by the kids but was very cheap and has been very reliable and a then a full sound system made up of seperates (Hitachi amplifier, a graphic equalizer, a Fusion CD player and a Marantz turntable) with superb speakers because it belongs to my fiance who is a complete geek about that kind of stuff.

:P

Well lets seeeee.. I have a 2nd Gen 15G iPod that is nothing but audio books

A 4th Gen 30G iPod that is nothing but tunes. Just can't imagine watching video on that bitty screen so a newer one is just overkill for me.

An Onkyo reciever,An old Brit made Garrard Turntable, Pioneer 100 disc changer,DCM mains and subwoofer, and Infinity remotes. On this thing I just have a litte Logitec 5.1 system and a pair of usb Logitec headphones with a boom mic for Skype.... None of its high end, but I do have a real old pair of Cerwin Vega Speakers (loud is beautiful) in my storage that I just can't make myself get rid of.
