After a night of strnage sounds, the villagers wake uo and slowly open there doors. There in the middle of the green, tied to the tree used to lynch Kison the day before, with his throat cut and a pirate flag stuffed in his mouth is KIVAM.

 

They are now 10 players left. 6 votes to lynch

i have to fix this paper i am working on, but i will be back here in just a moment to comment further.

i have a role, and i am not allowed to say what it is. the only part of my role that i am allowed to give away is that i had one night view...

 

i have a confirmed innocent. the person is not! in kivam's top 3 list. i want to wait for more information before i tell anyone who it is.

I had a night action too. There was a lot of debating as to who the Sheriff should investigate, and I was tempted by a couple of others but I stuck to people's use of logic, and an initial hunch of my own. I'm the Sheriff, and last night I viewed Sirayn.

 

Who is a nasty, blood-thirsty pirate.

now, the question is, do we believe this... sira asked to be checked out... feint? kivam called on winter's questionability... another bluff? sir said he felt sira was evil though...

 

i am going to think about this one.

It's funny that both of you are claiming my role. Because I'm the finder. Sadly, I have only an innocent result, so I wasn't planning to out myself ... at least until everybody else started claiming. :roll:

No substance - but ouch! Why can't pirates ever just be gentle. Throat cutting . . . so barbaric. Tickling me to death would have worked.

actually, reread my post. i didn't claim finder. i said that i have a role that has a one time only finding result.

and i couldn't know that with out being evil or actually having a finding role. but the same goes for either of you. again, all too easy for any of us to be lying. guess it doesn't help, eh?

I have no hope if Sirayn is trying to counter-claim the role of sheriff on me. Lynch me if you want, it'll cost the innocents highly if you do.

 

Do you want to blatantly ignore the dude's hunch after his success rate so far?

 

Sirayn would know the dude is innocent, because she herself is a pirate. Therefore guilty.

Look, the only logical thing for Sirayn to do if she wants to spare her pretty neck from being stretched is to counter-claim. And we all now how logical and canny she can be.

 

Just saying. You won't hurt my feelings by not believing me :) I know I'm right, and if it takes going all day not lynching Sirayn and I so that she can investigate me tonight, then I'm fine with that.

 

Somehow I don't think she'll be able to.

food for thought. sira claims to be a finder. winter claims to be a sheriff. the titles can mean all the world. so my thoughts say, why would winter call it a sheriff in a pirate game. then my thoughts say, why would she be so specific... maybe she has thought it out that much... i don't know, but i am going to check the wording in my role assignment.

Nice try - but I have absolutely no desire to go to night without a lynch. I don't need to investigate you; I don't believe that two full innocent finders could co-exist in the same game and I'm not about to let a lynching opportunity go by when there are counter-claimants right in front of me. I, for one, am not short of people I'd love to lynch. :roll:

 

I can just about see that Alys might, on a good day and with a prevailing wind, be a sort of additional innocent temporary finder. I think that if it's true the innocent team is over-powered, but hey, I only mind when my team is under-powered. So I'm willing to hold off on her and possibly investigate her tonight to see if she's genuine. However, there is no possible way that Winter Mist is innocent.

FIDDLES-ON-SEA

 

The quiet little village of Fiddles-on-sea is a lovely place located on a small bay on the Fiddles channel.

At least it was quiet. Recently reports have been coming in that ships in the area have been known to be found floating' date=' seemingly abandoned. No one has been found and all the goods are missing. One ship has even disappeared.

 

The village went along, hearing the rumours of pirates on the seas, but mostly ignoring them. That is until their post lady Miss Nos E. Parker was found, with her throat cut, along the path on the cliffs from a secluded cove. In her fist, screwed up, was part of a page from the diary she always carried. It said:

 

‘ey are here, there are Pira’

illage’

 

The rest of the diary could not been found.

 

The villagers looked in horror as it slowly dawned on them that the Pirates were among them.

 

You need to route out the Pirates and Lynch them all. If the villagers do that they not only win the game put get all the treasure the pirates had pilfered. Pirates you must stay alive to be able to sail away into the sunset with all your treasure.

Alys - check out the mod's first post. Several roles were explicitly named. I'll give Winter Mist points for continuity for checking up the name of the role she's claiming.

yep. that's why i went back to check out what everything said. mine specifically said i had a one night finding capability to use at any time.

 

what we have here is a .... cluster****. i know who i am more inclined to believe, but prudence is going to make me sit and watch for a while. see if i see anything.
